This beautiful and modern condo is located near downtown. End unit allows for more privacy and boasts a large backyard patio. The living/kitchen area is open and spacious. The fully stocked kitchen makes it fun and easy to cook a meal, and there is plenty of space to sit and eat with a dining table as well as bar seating for 3. The first floor Master Bedroom features a Queen Bed and in-room TV, as well as a bath with tub/shower. The second bedroom features a Queen Bed and in-room TV. Third bedroom's bunk bed has full size lower bed and twin up top, as well as in-room TV. Jack & Jill full bath features tub/shower. *As of July 2024 There is construction going on next to the condo for the next several months. There will be noise during the week, but on weekends should not be an issue..

All Pinon homes are "vacation ready" with a fully appointed kitchen, towels and linens. Hand, dish and shower soaps are provided, as well as toilet paper, trash bags, paper towels, salt and pepper, coffee filters and laundry soap.

Pinon Vacation Rentals provides guest support from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 pm.

All guests are responsible for reading Welcome Book “Check-In and Check-Out instructions.

~Acceptance of the terms of the Rental Agreement and all Rental Policies is ASSUMED at the time of reservation. 24 to 48 hours before arrival, check-in instructions will be sent to guest.

**This home is rented for personal vacation use only. Any other use including large gatherings or parties is not allowed. Renters must abide by all rental terms and policies, as well as all local applicable property covenants, restrictions, regulations and laws. Any evidence of smoking, use of firearms, driving ATV's other than in the driveway as access only, unapproved pets, unauthorized use of property grounds, damage resulting from violation of rental policies, and/or excessive mess may result in charges up to $3000.00 to the Guest's credit card on file, as authorized by Guest's approval of the terms of the Rental Agreement.

Reservations may be canceled more than 30 days prior to check-in with full refund. 14 to 29 days prior to arrival 50% refund. No refunds will be issued after this cut-off date for any reason. No refunds will be issued due to weather conditions, spotty internet service or interruption of service.

Fun weekend

Great property - well equipped kitchen, clean, comfortable, very inviting, excellent communication to get late check out. A bit on the edge of town so walking to town didn’t work for us after long day of activity.

Comfortable condo perfect for weekend getaway

There were three of us and we each had our own bedroom. The kitchen was well equipped for coffee and cooking. The sitting area was comfortable and we were able to see the mountains to the west of us. We did choose to drive to get into town but downtown is about a mile away. Great location for the Sand Dunes and Hot Springs. Quiet at night, comfortable beds. We had a wonderful time. Would definitely stay there again!

Comfy & Cozy

The Condo was comfy, and cozy. Beds comfortable and loved the soft sheets! The kitchen had everything we needed and was happy to have a coffee grounds for our first morning. Also found some misc. teas, hot coco and sugars witch was a nice bonus. We would have liked to walk to and from downtown more but we were concerned with the neighborhood which was a bit rundown.

Enjoyed condo & patio

Really enjoyed the stay, however there were a few issues: The coffee maker was not functional, seemingly wrong size basket that didn’t connect with lever that releases coffee Secondly the downstairs bedroom was cool so we left heat on 68; meanwhile the people upstairs were roasting. Looks like you need separate thermostats Lastly although the condo is very nice the surrounding area was ugly industrial places with tons of trash, weeds six feet tall, and electrical cables, etc. in fact there is a huge transformer in the backyard. BTW the backyard had tall weeds growing around the patio.

Great property.

Property was very clean and accommodates 6 people comfortably. There was no shortage of amenities. Easy access to shops and dining. The only downside was the construction lot next to the complex, but was not an issue at all.

Great Place

This condo had everything we needed and plenty of space. We enjoyed spending time together in the large kitchen and living room open space. The ski closet was great for storing our ski gear. The outdoor space was great for our dog.

Just what we needed!

Our kids live here so we weren’t their much but this home provided everything we needed. Morning walks down to the Ark were nice but it’s not really convenient to walking into town. Thanks for providing a clean and spacious place to stay!

Fabulous Condo!!

We were visiting Salida for a family reunion and stayed at the Hipster Condo. It was such an enjoyable stay! The condo was filled with so many amenities and it had such a cool vibe. We will definitely stay there again!!!!

Quiet place with fun decor!

This place is freat for a family. Clean and quiet. The only thing that is missing is blackout curtins/shades in the bedrooms. Overall, we highly recommend this home away from home!

Eclectic Gem

When arriving at our condo we were pleasantly surprised with the location. The parking is easily accessible and not a far walk to the condo. Everything exceeded our expectations there was nothing left unthought of. The rooms were clean, the kitchen and bathrooms were fully stocked with all the things. My only complaint was the sofa in the living room had dog hair on it. I realize that it is dog friendly but maybe a good roll from a lint remover would be the perfect touch. All in all I would recommend anyone who is looking for a quaint place to stay, to look into Eastside Hipster!
