Walking distance to the golf course and 7 Peaks music festival. Cottonwood AND Mt. Princeton Hotsprings resort are literally just minutes down the road. Ski Cooper and Monarch are both only 40 miles away! Also only a mile to all downtown BV entertainment and all the Arkansas River has to offer! Come relax and enjoy the cool mountain air. Sleeps 8 easily.

Great House with views!

This house was just what we needed. It was roomy, well equipped, and fun. It was also in a small neighborhood but at the edge of town with great views. Josh the owner was very communicative and easy to work with.

Everything was great! Josh was a great host. The location was perfect for the concert. He even bought us ice because the ice maker wasn't working!
