This Inn is completely only for people can speak Spanish and also must need prepare access method from/to airport.
There is NO Hotel Staff night and morning and no way to call.
I had an overnight layover in eze and picked Anaâs as my flight was delayed. I was put in a great apartment and then after a few hours after I arrived Ana told me that she put me in the wrong room so I had to move upstairs to a smaller room.
When I got back from my trip weeks later, I checked my credit card and realized that I had been charged for the room even though I paid her cash for it. She gave me the price with a credit card and it was significantly more expensive but somehow it was still charged.
I tried to contact the property through hotels.com and no one responded so then I tried to get my money refunded through hotels.com and they said they tried numerous times to contact the property and they couldnât get through. But the price on my card is what she quoted me.
So instead of paying 67.50$ for the room I ended up paying $147.50 for a few hours as my flight was early the next morning.
I am not sure if it was intentional or a mistake. Ana was lovely but the fact I was double charged is an issue.
So ensure that you pay on the app and not at the property to avoid the issue as hotels.com canât refund if you pay at the property
I cannot say enough positive things about my stay. I was treated so kindly by everyone there. It was so convenient to and from the airport. They went above and beyond helping me check in for another flight online, since the site was in Spanish and I could not do it alone. Planning to stay there again as I work my way back up South America from Ushuaia.
Excellent location for traveling through Ezeiza Internationalâjust a few minutes awayâI had a late night arrivalâmy host arranged transportation for me to Buenos Aires the next morning. I had to be at Exeiza at 3:25 a.m. for my departure from Argentina, and again my host arranged a rideâwith her fatherâ almost like I was part of the family! The rooms I stayed in were nothing fancy but they were clean and serviceable and I have no complaints.
A friend and I stayed here before heading to the airport- weâre both women and felt very safe. Ana was so kind and helpful- even making sure our transportation to the airport very early in the morning was in order. It was easy to take the bus to Barrio Uno and walk with our luggage to her place, plus her dogs are adorable.
This is a home that has been turned into a "hotel"-no amenities and I would have liked to have had a shower but no way was I stepping in what was available-no towels, toilet paper etc. Very noisy with kids (don't know if also daycare of family members at house)
