San Telmo is a great choice for travelers interested in tango, history, nightlife and antiques. Our accommodation is located in one of the oldest neighborhoods of Buenos Aires but a step away from the most modern neighborhood, Puerto Madero.
This apartment is located on the second floor in front and is accessed by an elegant and wide period staircase. Located on Av. Paseo Colón, one of the most important in the city. This avenue is one of the main tourist corridors with numerous points of interest that will be discovered in its journey from north to south.
Spacious, stylish and very friendly accommodation! It has a large living room with integrated kitchen and balconies with views, two bedrooms (one en suite) with two bathrooms and a toilet. The living area and kitchen is located in front with views of Av. Paseo Colon. The sleeping area is located on the opposite front, with the rooms ventilated to internal courtyards of the building allowing a pleasant rest when being isolated from noise. A few meters from the heart of San Telmo, in front of the metrobus. 200 meters from Plaza Dorrego and 200 meters from Puerto Madero. It is a historic building recycled again but keeping the traditional vibe of the neighborhood.
