Lugares de referencia: UNSAM (10 Min) Golf Club S Andrés (2 Min) San Isidro ( 35 Min) Lineas de colectivos: 304, 343, 78, 161. Zona muy pintoresca, la casa esta situada a unos metros del museo histórico de Rosas.
