El trato fue excelente, nos orientaron muy bien soedonde ir y cómo llegar. Las recomendaciones fueron muy buenas. Pero el hotel debe orientar mejor a las chica/os de limpieza. Las sábanas no las cambiaron cuando pedimos limpiar el cuarto (tenían una mancha) y una de las toallas estaba sucia. Por lo demás muy bueno. Ubicación y buen desayuno.

EFE Hotel is a modern, minimal looking hotel with great service. I found the room a bit small and lacking storage space. Breakfast buffet is decent. My one big negative is that they turn off the AC during the winter, heat is the only option you have. Even though a bit warm at times, I was able to sleep OK with the window open. Could I have slept better with AC on? Definitely!

For me there are 3 things that make or break a hotel a good bed, a good shower and a decent location this hotel checked those boxes I didn't have much interaction with the staff as there English wasn't as good as my Spanish but they were helpful and friendly

During my stay, I had a problem for the negligence of an employee, I had a chaotic situation that cost me quite some money and Federico Gamaza, promised me that he will resolve it and will reimburse me with the approval of the manager Claudio Kalataluk. It’s been two months of promises and now, 9665 Kms away, they decide to ignore me and they don’t even have the courtesy to answer emails and messages through WhatsApp. Besides, the room had no Wi-Fi signal and they put us in another that will not lock properly. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel at all. The good flavor in our mouths that we had of Argentina, these two individuals Gamaza and Kalataluk ruined it completely. Their words and promises were all with the idea, that I will eventually forget about it. In good conscience I can’t recommend this hotel.

Staying at the EFE Hotel and Cowork was extremely convenient for us since the places we planned to visit were about half an hour walking. The hotel is clean, welcoming, and the rooms were comfortable. I am very glad to have chosen this hotel for the first part of our trip to BA.

The rooms were extremely small, we could barely walk around. I asked for a quiet room, and they gave me the one next to the elevator and overlooking the street. Terrible. I was talking to the front desk guy, and he started using his cell phone while I was talking. Rude.
