The Space:
Welcome to our spectacular house in Palermo Hollywood! This is the perfect place for those looking to enjoy the cultural and gastronomic life of Buenos Aires, since it is only a few meters from the action.

The house has 2.5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, making it perfect for large groups or families. In the patio you can enjoy a delicious meal on the grill, while on the terrace you can cool off in the private mini pool. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare your favorite meals, and also has a separate laundry room.

In addition, there are 2 single sofa beds and a cot available, which makes the house perfect for groups with small children. We have also equipped each room with air conditioning so that you can enjoy a comfortable stay at any time of the year.
The property is prepared according to the number of guests entering the unit.
In addition, we offer high-speed internet so you can stay connected at all times.

Guest Access:
We have a new application called 'HOSPY', where you can make your virtual Check In with your identification. You can also pay your Security Deposit through this channel (not necessary for AIRBNB guests). The deposit is returned between 10 and 14 days after your departure. In the application you will have direct contact with your personal host. Deposits range from $50 for studio and 1-bedroom apartments to $800 for apartments with 8 or more bedrooms.

Plus, you can use it to pay for early arrivals (hourly), late departures (hourly), extensions, excursions, and more. In our app you will find your Check In instructions and you will also have your access codes one hour before the usual check-in time.

Getting Around:

Other Things to Note:
Our guests can request an early check-in or a late check-out, paying an additional half day, with check-in at 10:00 or check-out at 16:00 (if there is availability). If you wish to check in before 10:00 AM, or stay beyond 4:00 PM, you will need to add a full day to your stay (if available). We can also store your luggage for a few hours in the event that you do not wish to pay an additional fee or there is no availability.
