Go somewhere else!

Beware, when I arrived the towels and bed sheets had clearly been used, but the booking was not refundable, so I stayed, hoping they would be changed soon. 5 days passed and they were never changed. There is no on-site concierge or receptionist, only a building guard who does not work for the company directly, so he can't really help with anything.

MALA EXPERIENCIA.

El titulo tiene que ver con que habiendo hecho la reserva, pagando la misma con tarjeta de credito, cuando llegamos al hotel, no estaba hecha la reserva y nos dejaron sin hospedaje. incluso hasta el momento, no tengo confirmacion de que me devuelvan el dinero.

Incumplimiento de lo pactado

Lamentablemente no fue buena la experiencia, llegamos a la hora anticipada por mi, por teléfono, la persona que estaba (dijo que de casualidad), decía que Uds (Hoteles.com) No le habían comunicado, No tenia lugar, No podía ver la reserva, etc., nos dejaría sin alojamiento esa noche. Ante la insistencia, nos envía en un taxi, (q ella abonaría) a otro edificio del grupo, al rato llega y nos ubica en habitaciones. Le habíamos solicitado camas gemelas, para compañeras de trabajo, no pareja. Yo separé somier, durmiendo con una sabana c/u, recién tuvimos camas tendidas la tercera noche. Hubo mas, pero mejor, ni seguir. No se recomienda por el trato irresponsable de la administración.
