Located in the heart of Palermo Soho, just 400 meters from Plaza Serrano (Cortazar), our accommodation is the best place to enjoy the diverse gastronomy and nightlife of Buenos Aires.



The units have a total of 12 bedrooms, 6 full bathrooms, 3 toilets, 3 fully equipped kitchens, air conditioning in all rooms, terrace with barbecue and pool, a built-in laundry room, and high-speed internet connection so you can stay connected. at all times.



Our units have access by stairs and have security cameras at the access to guarantee your safety and peace of mind during your stay.

Guest Access:

We have a new application called 'HOSPY', where you can make your virtual Check In with your identification. You can also pay your Security Deposit through this channel (not necessary for AIRBNB guests). The deposit is returned between 10 and 14 days after your departure. In the application you will have direct contact with your personal host. Deposits range from $50 for studio and 1-bedroom apartments to $800 for apartments with 8 or more bedrooms.



Plus, you can use it to pay for early arrivals (hourly), late departures (hourly), extensions, excursions, and more. In our app you will find your Check In instructions and you will also have your access codes one hour before the usual check-in time.

Other Things to Note:

Our guests can request an early check-in or a late check-out, paying an additional half day, with check-in at 10:00 or check-out at 16:00 (if there is availability). If you wish to check in before 10:00 AM, or stay beyond 4:00 PM, you will need to add a full day to your stay (if available). We can also store your luggage for a few hours in the event that you do not wish to pay an additional fee or there is no availability.
