Beautiful quaint hotel. Friendly, helpful staff

Would not recommend booking the penthouse, as it is a two level room with the bathroom on the lower level and bed on the top level. Stairs are not safe. The staff graciously relocated us to a beautiful one level room with a king size bed. Thank you.

Service outstanding. Very good and freshly prepared breakfast. I cannot say enough about how well we were treated and advised. We were also accommodated when we asked to leave the room at 1pm instead of 11am. Reservations for dinner were made from the front desk even when the restaurant was fully booked on line. For sure the service couldn’t be better! Unfortunately, This is a very small boutique hotel with rooms and bathrooms a bit too small for what we were looking for.
Also, no face towel, only hand towels and shower towels. One more thing missing is Kleenexes, no tissues in room or bathroom.
Walls are very thin, we were woken up twice at night from other clients going to their rooms and in the morning at 7am, I’m guessing from the cleaning personnel? All balconies face a central courtyard with tables that can be noisy. It it wasn’t for the size of the rooms and the noise caused by the actual structure of the building, I would return without concerns.

Boutique hotel with cool vibe and great location.
Publié le 11 févr. 2024 sur HotelsFormer town home refashioned as a boutique hotel. Its formal facade belies the interior which is much cut up into small spaces. Very cozy feel. Rooms are small and relatively simple, too small to give a high mark for comfort but clean and quiet. Highest marks for its very cool location in Palermo Soho, and absolutely wonderful staff. And extra credit for its "wine vibe." Recommended.

Gem of a hotel
