The 12th floor penthouse condominium features open and beautiful panoramic city views. The apartment's three exposures allow sun light to flow all day long. The elevator opens directly into the apartment giving the feeling of a home instead of a hotel or apartment. Located in the fashionable Recoleta neighborhood across the street to the British Embassy and its impeccable security, Recoleta Cemetery, Hard Rock Cafe, National Library , as well as the very well known shopping sites on Avenida Santa Fe. Beautiful 1 Bedroom Penthouse in the heart of Recoleta walking distance from Recoleta Mall, the cemetery and all of the attractions. Fully furnished and equipped.

All of our guests are provided a welcome packet that includes, a bottle of Argentinian wine, Nespresso starter capsules, toilet paper and paper towels ( starter only). Laundry detergent can be purchased a the Carfour down the street from the building.


Unit is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected after each stay.

Building has a small roof top Pool (plunge pool) and Massage Room. There is also a back exit for a service elevator and emergency staircase. 24 Hour Security. Only 2 blocks from the brand new Las Heras Subte (SUBWAY) station on Linea H. Once on the Subte your only minutes away from all the attractions the city has to offer.

This Condominium is well taken care of with 20% of the annual rents being reinvested back into the apartment. In 2018 the floors were replaced and the couch was reupholstered, new sheets, pillows and towels added and new Balcony furniture purchased. In 2019. the apartment was repainted, the range was replaced with a brand new one and a washer/dryer combo was purchased. In 2020. bathroom was remodeled, bathtub transformed into modern shower with state of the art shower panel. Bathroom vanity was replaced and high power blow dryer was added. Personal safe was added. In 2022 a new Kitchen was installed including new gloss white cabinets, countertops, refrigerator, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee maker, new pots and pans and German steel knives. The tiles on the Balcony were replaced, and a new memory foam mattress was purchased. in 2023 all windows were replaced with new double pane soundproof models. A 65 Inch Samsung 4K TV was added. In 2024 the bedding was replaced and a new gel mattress for the sleeper sofa was added. In 2025 the sleeper sofa was reupholstered.

Appartement idéalement placé

On pourra remarquer qu'il ne s'agit pas d'une nouvelle construction à Recoleta, mais d'un bùtiment déjà bien ancien. Ce logement est tout à fait adapté à un séjour long pour un couple. La piscine sur le toit de l'immeuble est trÚs appréciable. On peut regretter que les serviettes de toilette ne soient pas changer au bout de quelques jours et le manque de torchons pour la vaisselle, détails qui pourraient rendre cette location plus agréable encore. Sinon sa situation au 12Úme étage avec sa grande terrasse, la proximité des parcs sont à souligner. Attention au change dollars-euros : caution de 500 euros versée et encaissée, remboursement de 459 euros un mois et demi plus tard, enfin paiement de la location en cash !!! Ceci est à faire préciser au moment de la réservation, ce qui vous évitera ce déboire que j'ai subi.

Great Experience All Around!

Everything about this experience is great: the owner / host is super friendly and was happy to answer our silly questions by text message / phone; the doormen downstairs in the building are wonderful, friendly people who helped with luggage and rush to open the door, they're amazing; the location across the street from the UK embassy is super central and safe, it's very easy to get around from here. I stayed here with my 19 year old son, for us (or for a couple) this place is great, however more people likely will be a bit of a squeeze, but for the two of us we had plenty of space and a great time. There are a large refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, so we ended up having brought far too many clothes as we simply washed our clothes every other day. Water pressure in the shower is awesome. Everything works and is good. I'm sitting at the kitchen counter with a view across Buenos Aires and the Rio del Plata towards Uruguay as I write this, this has been a great experience, thank you! We only ate breakfast here and didn't cook, instead exploring the city's many wonderful restaurants and bars at night. We liked this apartment a lot and felt at home here, we'd highly recommend it to anyone. If you've questions, please by all means reach out!

Highrise apartment in the center of Recoleta

A lovely comfortable apartment in a perfect BA location. We enjoyed sitting on the roomy balcony with views of the river and city. The views from the pool (a short walk up the stairs) were even better. The building staff were super friendly and helpful. We had a stress free and lovely stay. and most of the BA neighborhoods and sites were a short walk or Uber ride away.

I didn't want to leave.

I loved my stay in this apartment! It is in a great location, is well-maintained, + comfortable. Communication with the property manager was almost immediate - I couldn't ask for anything more. Just FYI, the apartment is on a major street, so you will hear normal city sounds: sirens, trash pick-up, late night revellers, etc. But, for an urban girl like myself, that's just the sound of life in the city. The property description is totally accurate. I really hope to stay there again. Enjoy!

Wonderful apartment, centrally located, very comfortable & safe

We enjoyed our stay at this lovely apartment located in Recoleta, very central to everything, including the Recoleta Cemetery & Recoleta Mall just right around the corner. There is a Carrefour Express nearby, as well as some great places for breakfast (highly recommend Casa de Greta and Croque Madame just a block away). The apartment feels like home and we were very comfortable; it has a well-equipped kitchen (with washer) which we never used since we always dined out. The A/C was fabulous (with Nest system). The bed was super comfortable. The shower's water pressure was wonderful and there were plenty of towels provided; the lighting throughout was great. The bedroom has plenty of storage space for clothes (and an abundance of hangers too - thank you). For light sleepers, please note that the street noise can be loud even though you're 12 floors up (typical city noise but the windows are not the best for sound-proofing). If you get back to apartment post-dinner as late as we did each night (after 1 a.m.), it won't be a problem! The apartment is perfect for two people but would be a tight fit for more. The building staff is friendly and always helpful, with a smile. We felt so secure staying in this apartment which has 24-hour security AND the British Embassy is across the street with guards outside. The building is spotless and well-maintained, and the elevator worked perfectly at all times. The property manager, Silivia, met us at the apartment after we checked in and she was so gracious -- when I whatsapp-ed her to ask for a hair blow dryer, she informed me the apartment did not supply one (I inadvertently assumed they did since every apartment I've ever rented had.....) but she brought me hers as a loaner! (so I suggest that the apartment provide a blow dryer for their guests since it really should be there in the bathroom as is in most rentals ). It was easy to order Ubers and they showed up right at the apartment door! (there is a front and back entrance so this was convenient too). I highly recommend this apartment for your stay in BA; I would offer the following suggestions to the owner; provide a list of nearby places for dining (breakfast, lunch, din), wifi connection info, a map of recommended areas/spots, and basic paper products (toilet, paper towels for kitchen) & a bottle of water/wine for your guests as a small, but much appreciated, touch :-) Thank you very much for a wonderful stay -- we hope to return soon!

Great place in Recoleta

We had stayed in this apartment on a previous visit to Buenos Aires and were thrilled to find it available again for our four week stay in Buenos Aires. The apartment is located in the Recoleta area and is a quick walk to the Recoleta Cemetery. It is centrally located and, depending on how much you like to walk, you can walk pretty much anywhere in the city. A new Subte (metro) line opened since our previous visit and it ended just a couple blocks from the apartment. There is a large sundeck that we loved to have evening drinks, even dinner, on. The apartment is already airy but a new conditioning system was added since our previous visit and that made the occasional 30C+ day very comfortable. If you really want to wind down and cool off, the pool on the roof of the building is very pleasant. We couldn't find any English television channels but we didn't travel to Buenos Aires to watch TV! We have always been very impressed at how quickly any of our emails were addressed. Any minor problems were promptly handled by the owner or his property manager. The security/building staff were very pleasant and helpful. This was our second stay in this apartment and we remarked that it felt like home. We definitely hope to stay here again the next time we're back in Buenos Aires.

Great Apartment

Our time at Fedja's was great. The apartment is well laid out and very well equipped. The location is perfect for staying in Recoleta. There is a bus stop right out front, a bank within a block, the subte in 2 blocks. The market and laundry were 1/2 a block away. Fedja was most helpful. If we had questions he responded with What's Ap immediately. His property manager, Silviani, most helpful, as were the poteros, Ricardo and Christina. We had an issue with the airconditionner, but Fedja saw to the problem as quickly as possible. The building was clean and attended to at all times. Thepool was really refreshing after a day out...we enjoyed it. We highly recommend stay in this unit if you are heading to BA. Thanks, Fedja for making our vacation a pleasure.

Great apartment at a very good price

We have stayed at several different apartments in Buenos Aires over the years and this is by far the best one. The apartment is located in Recoleta, two blocks from the subway with a lot of restaurants close by. What sets this apartment apart from the rest is the quality of furnishings and appliances. This apartment feels like a home and we are very comfortable. It is perfect for a couple but would be a tight fit for 4. The building staff is friendly and always helpful. We plan on staying here in future trips.

Great City Apartment

We stayed for 12 nights and loved our stay. Apartment was well equipped and was comfortable. Balcony was lovely for sitting out and we got to relax on the roof terrace. The subway is close by and there is a Carrefour Express a few doors away. The location is fantastic but I'd recommend ear plugs for sleeping as BA and Av. PueyrredĂłn is very busy with traffic.

Great condo in a perfect location

My wife and I recently spent 4 weeks at this condo, the condo was very roomy and comfortable and the location couldn't be better. Even though our stay was during the winter time in Buenos Aires there were many warm and sunny mornings where we enjoyed sitting on the deck, enjoying our morning coffee and the great views. It was nice having a full size kitchen as we both like to cook, but when going out to eat there are many restaurants and bakeries well within walking distance. It's also very convenient having the H-Line subway station just down the street as that was our main mode of transportation. We will definitely plan on staying here on our next trip. Rick S

Awesome place, awesome location!

My wife and I have both lived in BA so we knew this was in a great location going in, but we didn't realize how nice it was going to be! Easy access and 24 hr security made the wife and 11 month old feel safe as well. The apartment was great! Open floor plan, updated appliances, smart tv (we tried not to use bc you're not there for tv) and water views!! There's a great balcony we'd have a glass of wine from after dinner as the kid slept. You are a block or two from the cemetery and some really good food. I'll be going back to BA at least twice for business before year end and we will be staying back at Fedja's place for sure. IDEAL LOCATION IN RECOLETA

THIS WAS A CUTE LITTLE APARTMENT IN AN IDEAL LOCATION, JUST A COUPLE OF BLOCKS FROM THE SUBWAY AND EASY WALKING DISTANCE TO GOOD RESTAURANTS, BARS, PARKS, AND MUSEUMS. BUILDING STAFF WERE EXTREMELY HELPFUL AND PLEASANT. ALL IN ALL, EXCELLENT VALUE.

Great location and very convenient. Well equipped and overall met all our needs.

The location is fantastic and everything practical that you might need for self catering is provided. Although the building staff had no more English than we had Spanish, they were unfailingly helpful and friendly. The bonuses were the balcony and the small but very welcome swimming pool on the roof. The apartment is spacious and generally quiet albeit the latter is measured by Buenos Aires standards. We have no real negatives other than the fact that it could have done with a more comprehensive clean but that did not detract from our experience which was very positive. We would be happy to recommend it to anyone who wishes to feel part of the city rather than a tourist.

Great apartment, even better location

My husband and I travel to Buenos Aires every year for a month or two and always rent apartments. So far, this is our favorite for many reasons. First of all, this is the best equipped kitchen I have seen yet. We eat more than half of our meals out but it is nice to have the facilities available. The appliances are top of the line and the cookware/utensils are exceptional. The kitchen is well laid out with windows on two sides for a good cross breeze. With windows on three sides, the apartment gets plenty of fresh air and sunshine. The balcony is larger than most and is very comfortable to enjoy dining al fresco or sipping on a glass of wine. Everything was exactly as described and there were no bad surprises. Recoleta is perhaps the nicest neighborhood in BsAs and this apartment is in a great area. Security is excellent, the building staff went out of their way to make our visit comfortable. There are several bakeries, markets, restaurants and parks nearby. The vegetable market (1/2 block away) gets a delivery every day so the produce is the best available. On weekends, there is a market in the Recoleta park which is just as good as the San Telmo market (minus the crowds and pickpockets). The Subway/Subte is 2 blocks away. Cabs are plentiful in this part of town. What really sold us was the excellent communication with both the owner and manager. They were always on top of everything. We did have trouble with the air conditioner but Fedja responded immediately and scheduled a technician for repairs. Our deposit was refunded with a few days of leaving. The only drawback (and a minor one) is that the bedroom overlooks Av Pueyrredon which can be noisy depending on the time of day. This will not prevent us from coming back again.

what a great stay

Me and my Husband went to Argentina in November. It was not our first time but it was the first time we chose to stay in an apartment instead of a hotel. We were pleasantly surprised what a nice experience it was. Silvina the apartment manager was there to greet us and show us the ins and outs of the apartment. The location was great and everything was as described. What a great vacation!!

Amazing Buenos Aires experience

This was my first trip to Buenos Aires and I've used VRBO several times. However, apartments are much nicer in the pictures than in real life. This apartment in Recoleta was as nice as it appeared on the website. Location was great, everything was within walking distance, including shopping dinning and night life. As a single woman, I felt very safe at this location. The bed was very comfortable to sleep in, but to me the balcony left the best impression. I enjoyed sitting there every morning, having my coffee and breakfast. I would highly recommend this apartment to everybody.
