Water coming from the sink smelled terrible, had to use bottle water to brush our teeth, the toilet was dirty, when we used the shower for the first time it had NO pressure. We went to the front desk and asked them to look at it and the sink and they made me feel as if i was asking for to much. Never fixed the sink. The pullout bed had questionable stains on cushions where my son needed to sleep. The beds were very uncomfortable, asked to have room cleaned up while out and made sure to put the sign on the door, house keeping came in but only made the beds and took SOME of the trash out. When i brought this to the attention of the front desk and the supervisor of housekeeping she said there wasnt a sign on the door. Well clearly there was or otherwise you enter my room without permission. The wifi signal was terrible, tv stations froze up ans unable to hook up an Xbox, when talking to the front desk about it they said signal was fine and made no offer to come to the room to check on it. Our key cards stopped working before our check out day, had to make sure someone was in the room in order to get in, also had to cut our trip short due the hotel not booking the correct amout of days and they made no attempt to help in any way. It was just horrible customer service all around and the way the supervisor of house keeping was dressed in a crop top with a chain around her belly is far from professional. And yes i did try to find another hotel, but was unsuccessful due to the game.
