The property says it's has breakfast, pool, unfortunately not even towels we get. It's an extended stay but the website so not made any mention of it. Very disappointed đ
I had a great stay and will be staying there in the future, its nice and clean, great rooms, i would Recommend bringing your own bathroom towels, toilet paper, Washcloths, ect , Since it seems they dont provide much
One of the worst hotels Iâve stayed at. For the week and a half I was here I had to move 3 rooms bc of the noise. Iâve also encountered a domestic dispute where a man threw the womanâs stuff out the room. Cleaning staff does not clean your room during your stay and when moving rooms they tried to put me in a room claiming it was clean but there was dog hair all over the floor. The first room I was in it was missing the top cover and the pillows for that bed were on the opposite bed a picture was provided. Just not a great experience!
Did offer the principal amenity I.e., cooking facilities in the room
Room was supposed to be no smoking and reeked of smoke.
Changed my room after complaining 24 hours later
When they changed my room, they did not provide towels for another 24 hours.
I checked out the morning of the 7th.
Nice clean spacious roomâŠNice AirâŠ
Bed was hard and very uncomfortableâŠ
No rest No sleep while I was there. Other than the bed everything else was fineâŠ
(Only those that actually still iron their clothes will understand) would love to know what someone was thinking when designing the layout of room. Thereâs a full size refrigerator and countertop with sink, laundry basket, and NO IRON/BOARD in the rooms. How about sell the full size refrigerators and put in mini a refrigerator and small microwave and invest in an iron and board. There is at least located in the hotel; however, it had not been returned. We were told they would contact the guest that had it and call use back. After 3 hours we had not heard anything at that point I sent my husband to Walmart to buy one which was a waste because we flew into Georgia but I was not walking around in wrinkled clothes.
Our flight was early and there is not staff available 24 hours a day. There is a phone that says call for after hour assistance- however, the service had not been setup âat this time.â Debated about leaving keycards in the lobby because there were two random people sleeping on the couch in the lobby.
Since room service is no longer a thing- I set out garage outside our door which I always do in any hotel. Inside the housekeeper putting with their other trash- they opened our room door and put it back in our room.
Now if those things do not bother you - then stay there. The hotel and room was clean.
Not sure if I will stay there again.
They do have great area for pets when u take them out for a walk the only thing that I didnât see was a pool but over all great place for the price !
This place is going downhill fast. Checked in close to 10 pm. Got to the room and the beds weren't made and the bathroom was a mess. Went downstairs and they got me another room. Had a knock on the door later that night and they didn't have me listed in the room in the system, so I thought they were going to take care of it. Alot of noise from other guests half the night and around 6:30 I'm woken up by the police banging on the door. I'm practically Def and I don't know how long they've been banging on the door. He said they had a complaint about violence or something in my room and I was there alone. I called the general manager and he said he didn't call and he had didn't know how they even got in the building. I finally let them in and they were very rude and condescending, treated me like I had done something wrong. No noise, never even turned on the TV. Would not recommend this place.
The floors were sticky and dirty and when asked for assistance on the clean up, I was asked to come get the mop and clean the floor myself. So I had to clean my own hotel room floor.
