Molinot - Country house with pool in BĂșger, Mallorca

Peace and tranquillity is what is breathed in this relaxing enclave of the island. Beautiful stone house, recently restored, all on one floor, except for the stairs in its old mill.

Located in the countryside, on a dead-end street, only surrounded by nature. BĂșger, the town to which it belongs, is just a couple of kilometres away.

The garden and outdoor area is natural, quiet and relaxed, it has a large kidney-shaped pool, surrounded by grass. Everything necessary to fully enjoy the Mallorcan day and night. The house is near a wooded area, for this reason, fire cannot be made. The house has an electric barbecue.



The house, all on one floor, is bright and cool, partly thanks to its beautiful vaulted ceilings.

Life in the house is very comfortable, it consists of a kitchen integrated into the dining room, fully equipped, 3 double bedrooms, two of them with an en-suite bathroom. In addition, in the tower there is a single bed on the ground floor, and a bathroom on the first floor.

There are two air conditioning units, one in the main bedroom and the other in the dining room.



For those who like to know every corner of the destinations they travel to, due to its location it is ideal as a starting point, one could say that it is halfway between any point on the island.

Endroit IdĂ©al pour des vacances en famille au calme. Maison bien situĂ©e pour circuler sur l’ile. Climatisation apprĂ©ciable dans la piĂšce principale. Seul petit bĂ©mol :Au vue du prix de la nuitĂ©e un meilleur entretien de la piscine aurait Ă©tĂ© souhaitable ainsi qu’un complĂ©ment de vaisselle(une plus grande cafetiĂšre et 5 bols auraient Ă©tĂ© les bienvenus). Nous avons malgrĂ© tout passĂ© de bonnes vacances et nous conseillons cette location!

Relaxed 10 days holiday

We really enjoyed our stay. The kitchen was well quipped. The walk to the supermarket at the nearby village short and calm (shop is well stocked and has very friendly staff) and there is a nice pub restaurant at the church in Buger to spend an afternoon or two. Birds of prey visited each day. The pool was really big and the main centre of attention for our five year old. We did have more mosquitos than perhaps desirable at night times. It would be useful to have mosquito nets in each room 9the hooks are there - so maybe just let guests know and then they can bring their own net). We took the bites just so we could leave the windows open at night. :)

Schönes Objekt, aber Luft nach oben

Wir (75, 50, 45, 15) hatten die Finca fĂŒr einen einwöchigen Familienurlaub gebucht. Das Objekt ist wirklich sehr schön und hat einen romantisch-rustikalen Touch. Der Pool ist ausreichend groß, die Anlage gepflegt, viel Platz innen und außen. Stellplatz fĂŒr Fahrzeuge, elektrisches Tor (welches einmal ausgefallen ist und fĂŒr viel Unmut gesorgt hat). Gut nutzbarer Außengrill. Man kann den ehemaligen MĂŒhlenturm besteigen und hat eine nette Aussicht. Die Agentur und die Vermieterin waren freundlich und hilfsbereit und eigentlich immer erreichbar. Leider gab es auch einige Schattenseiten. Es roch im ganzen Haus muffig, was sich erst nach ein paar Tagen gab. Die SchrĂ€nke haben wir aus diesem Grund aber gar nicht nutzen können. Die Fenster hĂ€lt man nachts auch lieber geschlossen, da die ortsansĂ€ssige Hundemeute durch stĂ€ndiges GeklĂ€ffe den Schlaf raubt. GefĂŒhlt hörte es sich an wie ein Tierheim. Dann piepte auf dem NachbrgrundstĂŒck eine Alarmanlage die ganze Nacht. Man sollte also Ohrstöpsel dabei haben oder einen tiefen Schlaf. Die KĂŒchenausstattung ist okay, leider aber schon etwas abgerockt und es fehlen auch einfache Dinge wie simple FrĂŒhstĂŒcksmesser. Es gab nur Steakmesser. Keinerlei Haken oder Ablagen in den BĂ€dern, kein Beinbruch aber nervig. DuschvorhĂ€nge sind irgendwie auch nicht so schön. W-LAN vorhanden, man sollte aber nicht zu viel erwarten und fĂŒrs Streaming reicht es definitiv nicht. Die Lage ist ansonsten fĂŒr AusflĂŒge ganz gĂŒnstig, da die Autobahn Palma-Alcudia schnell erreichbar ist. VernĂŒnftige Restaurants haben wir in Buger und Campanet nicht gefunden, aber Alcudia ist nicht allzu weit.

Außergewöhnliches Haus, grosser Pool

Wir hatten eine schöne Woche in diesem außergewöhnlichen Haus mit eigenem Aussichtsturm. Das Haus bietet viel Platz und ist auskömmlich ausgestattet. Die Umgebung ist ziemlich ruhig, sodass wir morgens super ausschlafen konnten. Der Pool ist bei den Kindern aufgrund der GrĂ¶ĂŸe sehr gut angekommen und wĂ€re bei besserem Wetter sicherlich auch noch mehr genutzt worden. Die Kommunikation mit der Verwaltung war sehr sympathisch, spontan und unkompliziert.

Sehr schöne und gut eingerichtete Finca

Die Finca ist sehr schön und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es ist alles da was man braucht. Der Pool ist toll, zwar geht er schnell ziemlich tief, ist aber trotzdem sehr schön. Eine klitzekleine Kleinigkeit haben wir zu bemĂ€ngeln, die Ameisen, diese muss man in Schach halten und sich drauf einstellen. Allerdings ist dies bei der Lage der Finca mitten in der Natur auch zu verstehen. Gut, an die MĂŒcken sollte man auch denken. Allerdings ist das Jammern auf sehr hohem Niveau.... Wir haben uns total wohl gefĂŒhlt und super erholt. Die Vermieterin und der Kontakt zur Agentur waren sehr freundlich und kompetent. Die Finca ist absolut zu empfehlen. Der Turm und der Pool sind die totalen Highlights und das i-TĂŒpfelchen der Finca. Wir werden diese sicherlich wieder buchen.

What a Villa !

Superb villa. Maria the owner was lovely and very helpful, also loved Diva her dog ! The floor plan provided by the agent online was not accurate, both main bedrooms have their own doors (so better than the plan suggested). An information booklet on bars, supermarkets, best beaches, rubbish disposal would have been helpful and even possibly a small welcome pack for late arrivals. But overall great holiday.

Richtig tolle Finca

Die Finca ist wirklich super. Sie liegt unterhalb von Buger, ist relativ abseits gelegen, so dass man nicht gestört wird. Der grosse Pool ist fĂŒr Groß und Klein ein Riesenspass, allerdings wird es schnell tief - entweder sind die Kids schon Schwimmer oder sie haben UnterstĂŒtzung. Man kann herrlich draussen sitzen, wir haben den gemauerten Holzkohle-Grill einige male genutzt. Innen ist die Finca sehr großzĂŒgig vom Platz her angelegt, hat alles seinen eigenen Charme. Ein Schlafzimmer und das Wohnzimmer sind mit Klimaanlage ausgestattet, in den anderen RĂ€umen wird es - insbesondere zur Nacht hin - natĂŒrlich etwas wĂ€rmer. Geht aber auch alles ganz gut. Wir haben mit eingen Ameisen Bekanntschaft gemacht, also möglichst keine Essensreste stehen lassen. Ist aber auch kein Problem. Alles in allem eine sehr zu empfehlende Finca. Die Besitzerin Maria war sehr freundlich, nach einer Woche wurden alle HandtĂŒcher gewechselt, die Betten frisch bezogen und der Pool gereinigt. Top Service! Bis zum nĂ€chsten mal. :)
