This beautiful property is a detached newly build house, located amidst the peaceful Istrian countryside and is ideal for all those looking for some peace and quiet. The Holiday Home Petar can accommodate up to 8 persons and is spread over the ground floor.
Guests have at their disposal a cosy living room with dining table, sofa bed for 2 persons and SAT TV, fully equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 2 with queen size bed and 1 with 2 single beds. The house has 2 bathrooms, first is with shower and second with bathtub. Free WiFi and air conditioning are also included.
The pool is equipped with sun loungers, parasols, BBQ and next to the pool there is a terrace with dining table.
Private parking is available on site.
Children have a trampoline at their disposal.
Damage deposit of 200 € (cash) is to be paid directly in the house upon check in.

Es war alles super.
Die Villa war sauber, ordentlich & sehr modern eingerichtet.
Besonders hervorzuheben ist der nette Vermieter. Ist uns sowohl beim Check-In, als auch beim Check-Out sehr entgegenkommen & war immer innerhalb kürzester Zeit zu erreichen.
Die Lage ist nicht so zentral, aber sonst war es ein sehr schöner Urlaub. Wenn man ein Auto dabei hat absolut kein Problem. Wir würden immer wieder gerne hinfahren.
