Nicely decorated room

Shower water pressure is great
Staffs are very friendly and speak very good English, helped us arranged a city tour and transfer
The hotel is situated in a safe neighbourhood close to lyabi square. We felt very safe walking at night.
We would highly recommend this place.

A friend recommended Minzifa and I am so glad she did. My stay in Bukhara this time was short, and my hotel stay was great - the room was clean and comfortable. The staff pleasant and helpful. The breakfast was good and there was even brewed coffee!!

Wonderful Central Hotel

The staff are very friendly and helpful, and the room was clean and stayed cool during the heat of the summer. I would absolutely stay here again.

Kind, welcoming and comfortable

Hotel staff is not exactly welcoming....Upon arriving before check-in time we were suggested to wait in the breakfast area. We misunderstood the suggestion as an invitation to have the complimentary breakfast, since we were about to check in within half an hour anyways, but we were made to pay because we had breakfast before officially checking in, this is not particularly welcoming behavior for one of the top hotels of the city.....Also, we were charged for water bottles (which were free for guests) because we asked for them just a couple of minutes after we checked out. Being strickler for rules is one thing, and being unfriendly is something else...

Dear Rohit,We have been working as Minzifa Team for many years.We have welcomed many guests from all around the world. The big amount of our reviews shows that the staff of the hotel is friendly and doing their job from heart. May be I am mistaking, even if so, it might be 0.01%It’s not good you are showing yourself like this. In my opinion you were not ready for any trip and everything you wanted was in front of the fact. Please be humble.If you are coming as couple why you booked single bed room for one person?As standard the check in time is 14:00 and check out time is 12:00 in everywhere.Dear guest we will do our best even to take early check in without any payment if we have availability. But when the hotel is full how can we give you a room at 07:00 morning. In this case everyone must be patient and wait until there is any availability is open.I hope after a few trips you will learn about the hotel rules according the room types and check in and check out hours.I am not writing here every incident you created. I hope you understand.Your behaviour was an experience for us.The reply was written by Minzifa Hotel management.

We had a wonderful two night stay at Hotel Minzifa. We arrived quite early and even though the hotel does not usually allow early check-in, they made one of our rooms ready for us within half an hour of arrival! The location is great, staff are extremely friendly and helpful, and the property itself is wonderfully decorated and historic. Rooms are comfortable and clean and the breakfast is great. Loved that they had some traditional Uzbek “suzani” on display and available to buy also.
The only difficulty we had was that it was hard to get in touch with the hotel in advance, as I could not find an email for them anywhere. Otherwise everything was great!
