The property and the house are beautiful. We are right on the river with steps down to the river, beautiful deck with a grill and a wonderful view. Interior kitchen is large with a large dining room table and a comfortable seating area. Also has some gaming machines and a pool table. The only problem we had was that the place had not been cleaned well before we arrived. We had to clean all dishes, and put towels on the floor where there was dirt. The owner informed us that she had had a temporary cleaning crew that she would never use again and apologized for the condition we were met with. We also felt that there needed to be better check out information as to what to do with towels sheets garbage etc. It is a beautiful place to stay but it needed to be prepared better for guests. The owner informs us that she will make sure that happens next time Parking is excellent off the street and a gas station and grocery store are very conveniently located nearby.

The home had a perfect location right on the water. It was a very spacious home and had ample supplies for us to use whether it be in the kitchen, outside, for beds, etc. It is pet friendly with a fee which was not an issue. It is a little “outdated” in their decor but that was favorite part. I’ve just seen some reviews saying something about it which is why I even bring it up. It fit the vibe perfectly! We used decorations and turned it into a “love island villa” and it was perfect.

Our family has stayed in this beautiful home for many years now and have always had the best experience. Amazing beach, house has plenty of room, lots of towels, a well-stocked kitchen, etc. etc. Also, the owners are awesome! To demonstrate this, we accidently left our extra truck key on the shelf in the garage. When we got home and realized this, we called, and they mailed it to us immediately and with no extra charges. Really nice people!!

Family get together

Great property and set up. Definitely designed and decorated for family fun. The extra games and pool table were helpful to keep the big "kids" busy and the beach front with the no wake area and small island was peaceful and relaxing. I was not impressed with the cleanliness when we first arrived. Spent some time cleaning the kitchen and bathrooms when I first got there before the rest of my family arrived. Overall we really had a great time and enjoyed the visit.

Family Weekend

The family gathered for a 4th of July weekend celebration. The house had many games and shared spaces to gather. Direct and private river access. A large spacious kitchen for everyone to gather. What a great weekend we had!! Thanks for hosting us!!

Wonderful Waterfront Staycation

The house was the perfect size for our family. The views of the river were from almost every room. There was a nice little beach area, right next to the river, in your own backyard; definitely where we spent most of our time. Bring your own stuff you need for the beach/river, they do have some things but not a whole lot, you’ll definitely want to bring an EZup. You won't need towels, they have all the towels We enjoyed the pool table and the casino games too. The kitchen was big and the huge table was nice for family meals. The two suites were awesome with awesome views. The owner was kind and allowed an early check-in. Is it the cleanest? Not really. Could it use some updating? Probably. But we were able to overlook all that and enjoy the house and the river right outside the backdoor. Overall, we had an amazing time and would go back!!

Pros: large home, private beach, lots of towels, bedding clean, good locationCons: 2 dvd players in living room with about 100 dvds, but players didn’t work; no streaming service on tv in family room; tv in master bed downstairs had Amazon and Netflix, but worked very sporadically. Place could be cleaner, wall switches, dishes and pots and pans dirty. Washer and drier very old, but worked. Texted owner about dvd players, no response. Lost power at 5:00 pm, it was about 115 outside, called and texted, no response until next morning. Luckily power was only out for about 2 hours-it was neighborhood outage.

Great river house

Very spacious house for entertaining your friends and family. Plenty of room and parking. Although some of the game room could use updating I will definitely consider it for future visits. Also the host needs to just leave the house rules and WiFi password on the kitchen counter for the guests to easily access.

Beautiful Place

This is a Beautiful home! It was clean, neat and had everything you need! We had a group of 10 and still didn't feel cramped! Easy check-in and check-out. The games and pool table definitely a hit. The water level was pretty low in the mornings but by noon, we could push the seadoo's out for a ride. The beach area was great to set up chairs and enjoy the views and sun! Close to the casino's and about 15-20 mins. ride on the water to Davis Dam. Everything was perfect while we were there and had no issues! Definitely a place we return to.

Greatest place on the river

This is our families 16th time staying at this property in the past 13 years! The location is perfect. Our family loves the beach, we are able to float to the ramp and walk back to the house. The house is perfect for a large family. The house is the best value for your money!!!

Riverside stay

The property was in a fantastic location right on the river! The private beach allows you and your guests to easily sunbath, swim and enjoy water sports. The inside was spacious and modern. The video poker machines, slot machine, pinball machine and pool table were a blast! To top it off, you’re only a few minutes away from local casinos and restaurants. The owner was kind and very knowledgeable about the area. This is an awesome place and we would love to stay there again!
