WATERFRONT,PRIVATE BOAT RAMP,SANDY BEACH ,GATED COMMUNITY, 3.5 bedrooms, 2 bath

This 3 1/2 bedroom house and 2 large bathrooms and sleeps 6 adults and for a small fee you may add 4 children. We have 2 queen air mattresses. This house is right on the river and has some amazing views of the river. I just LOVE setting at the charming dinning room table and watching all the activity on the river; whether it is jet skiing or watching wildlife. Oh what a view! The same is true for the back porch and the lawn. This house is all custom built and is just beautiful.

We are located across the river from Needles in a gated community on Dike Rd in AZ. We have a boat ramp, and 1 deck. One deck sets out over the river point and the other is just off our sandy beach area. The house is 30 ft from the water front. The beach front is shared with our back house #79306, however, with all the amenities , including 120 ft of water front and having double lots; we have plenty of room for our guest. In addition there ample parking for all the boats & toys you bring.

The boat dock was dismantled on October 12, 2019 We are waiting on the fabrication plans for our new dock at this time.

Location was great, house was as described, water was perfect, had a issues with the water heater, it’s got replaced within 2hr which was nice, kitchen amenities as far as a few things could be replaced, only had 1 older 4” knife to cut up 10lb of carne asada other then that I’d stay again as a host myself

LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION

this is my second time staying at this property with my family and we will be booking again. This home is 4 homes North of the Needles bridge. The property is clean and the beach is great. Your own launch ramp with plenty of room to store trailers for the day or even if you want to set your anchor and leave them.
