Super location! Awesome cottage! We had 4 adults during a 4 day/3 night stay in August. This place is cozy, as described
and worked very well for us as we ate breakfast in and wined and dined at the countless establishments within 6 miles of our cottage. after a morning hike each day. The location could not be better to access all of Watkins Glen and all the east side Seneca Lake wineries and breweries. Karen was excellent and accommodating.

perfect for a young family

karen was fantastic - speedy in her response and very helpful. this location is perfect for a young family with a lot of space and not too much furniture that makes you anxious someone will break something. simple and perfect with lawn in the back and front for kids to play on. karen was a great host- thank you so much

Great stay and great host!

We had a wonderful stay at the house. We made some last minute changes to our trip and Karen was more than accommodating and very good at communicating. Super close to great wineries and a very nice Farm stand (Thyme stands still). Beds are very comfortable! Would definitely recommend!

Wonderful stay. House was clean and the kitchen had everything we needed. Great set up for a group with multiple bedrooms. Karen was kind enough to send us a list of local attractions beforehand. Close to the main road, but very quiet during the day and at night. Will stay again!!

Clean house, excellent location!

Family of six adults (3 couples) in town for wine tasting and relaxation. Karen, property manager, very responsive and helpful. We found the property to be ideally located to many of the wineries and creameries that we wanted to visit. Most everything we did was no more than a 20 minute drive. The only negative side- and we knew this going in- is that for six adults, quarters were a little tight. Nevertheless, would stay again, maybe just not 6 of us!
