Large 4 bedroom luxury holiday home in the Cotswolds for 10 guests - The Brewery

As the name suggests, this luxury holiday home in the heart of Burford is a former brewery to Garne & Sons Ltd and has been superbly renovated whilst still retaining its original character and charm and now welcomes 8+2 guests across four tastefully decorated bedrooms, with the +2 option being a small double sofa bed in the study. On the split-level ground floor is a large living room complete with stone fireplace with wood burning stove and study with dedicated work space. To the rear of the property is a bright open plan kitchen/dining/sitting space leading to an enclosed courtyard, offering a great entertainment space during your stay.

This four bedroom holiday home is ideally situated for those looking to stay in a charming Cotswold town with pubs, cafes and shops all within a stones throw from your front door. The accommodation is laid out as follows:

A wonderful property

This is a great place to stay. We were three couples all of whom had en-suite rooms, leaving a twin room vacant. There are great spaces downstairs and all guests were able to sit together in the lounge or dining room. We had a wonderful stay.

A truly beautiful property that is tastefully decorated with all the amenities you could wish for. The location is perfect - in the centre of Burford ideal for shopping and visiting restaurants yet very peaceful and the wonderful countryside is easily accessible. What a lovely house in a convenient location. We worried it might be a bit noisy as we live in a rural location but it was perfect. Nice to visit pubs that have live music at the weekends too. Ate out every day in a different place and didn't have one bad meal.

Beautiful house oozing character and modern touches. Ideal location with big rooms. Just a few little things needed fixing/upgrading for example ,flickering lights, broken toilet seat, stuck plug. Cotswold Perfection

This was our 3rd time staying at the Brewery. We love staying there as a group due to its location to Burford and other amenities. The fabulous Burford garden centre a short walk. All the lovely pubs and shops to visit! It was the perfect weekend with all the girls. We hired a private chef also for one of our evenings and it was perfection.

A real delight

The Brewery is a beautiful property with really stunning décor & amenities. So conveniently situated in the beautiful town of Burford. We had fantastic meals out in local pubs & restaurants, & it snowed - picture perfect. Simon was a great, responsive host, thank you.
