With two separate flats, each with their own entrances, our house offers the perfect balance between privacy and cosy togetherness. The flat on the upper floor, which is accessible via a separate external staircase, presents itself as your ideal holiday destination with a living space of approx. 100m² and a large balcony.
Inside, you will find a spacious and cosy living area with an open, fully equipped kitchen, a dining area and direct access to the balcony. The furnishings include two bedrooms with box-spring beds (180x200 cm and 90x200 cm), a comfortable bathroom with rain shower, as well as modern amenities such as underfloor heating, satellite TV in the living room and bedroom, coffee machine (Nespresso), kettle, toaster and a hairdryer. A washing machine and tumble dryer are available in a separate utility building for both flats.
The outdoor area boasts a large balcony with comfortable seating and a parasol for relaxing hours in the open air. There are car parking spaces and a wallbox for electric cars (type 2 plug) right next to the house, although the costs for charging are charged separately. The non-smoking house guarantees a pleasant environment for all guests.
