When we arrived the hotel told us that Travelocity made a mistake and overbooked the hotel. Thankfully we didn’t pay and could find another room

No parking close to registration or our room. That’s about the only negative. Now to see if there is a free breakfast…

I am sorry that some weekends, with a hotel of 132 rooms, parking may be a bit of a challenge. We have plenty of parking but to have it all close to every room is almost impossible unfortunately. We do appreciate your Feedback however.

We called ahead to make sure there was a pool, because the website stated it did. I wanted to double check because this was a trip for my son's birthday. We traveled over 4 hours after confirming that there was indeed a pool, checked into our room and got ready to swim, just to walk the hallways in our swimsuits and be told the pool has been closed for MONTHS. My son was extremely disappointed, and I am very irritated. We would have happily stayed at a different hotel if we would have been told when I originally called.

I am so sorry that you were given incorrect information prior to your arrival. I can only conclude that you were told this by a department other than our hotel front desk as we have not had a hotel pool in over 25 years and are so excited that our brand new hotel pool is about to open. However, the following message was sent to the phone number you provided immediately following the reservation you made:Nicole HighPlease be advised the INDOOR waterpark has been removed at our property. A brand-new hotel pool with splash pad, an all-new Ballocity, and a brand-new Ninja Extreme course are currently under construction and CLOSED due to remodeling. We stayed here for a softball tournament. My enjoyed our stay. Very nice staff. Rooms were big and had plenty of room.
