Horrific experience and terrible customer service.

Odor in the room and overall hotel.
Broken down cars in parking lot.
Low water pressure in shower.
Creaky bed.
Horrific breakfast. No wonder the hotel was empty.

The nice hotel is for a reasonable price. The check-in is easy and the staff is very friendly. Room and the surounding are clean. The room seems having recent remodeling and the moden furniture and the styling is in a good taste. The breakfast is OK.
I'd stay there next time.

Mediocre breakfast, don’t bother with the gym
Publié le 8 janv. 2024 sur HotelsOur stay was ok. They gave us a room toward the back that reaped of smoke. Thankfully they gave us a different room that was batter. The breakfast was downright awful. The eggs were previously frozen and the biscuits were hard. Coffee was not good. It took the front desk lady about 20 minutes to find the right key to open the workout room. Then when I got in there, the treadmill only went 1 mph, incline didn’t work. Another machine didn’t even turn on and all the buttons were broken on it. The stair stepper only had one incline. The weights were the only other thing in there. I left after about 5 minutes, pointless. It was snowing outside, so I couldn’t go for a run outside.

Everything was fine except for the big 6x4 inch spot of mold above the shower head in the bathroom. You’d figure someone would take care of that when cleaning the bathroom.
