Very old and shabby property. The room and bedding was fine but the bathroom floor badly needed a good scrub and the caulk around the tub was coming off and filthy. There was a coffee maker but no pot. Breakfast was not ready on time. The manager looked worn out but was very pleasant.

The pool had no water in it. There was dog poop on the curb outside my door by the walkway. The walkway and the mats along the ground floor looked filthy. The room inside was fine. But the internet wasn't working, and I finally gave up on it and resorted to TV, which I rarely engage with.

The rooms were good and clean. The guy checki g us in was friendly, however I did not like that upon check in at the desk was a lot of that nights reservations on the counter to see everyones names, room numbers, car type etc. Felt very unsafe.

We reserved two rooms and they only had one room available. They did bring us a roll out so we made it work. There was a dog on the counter in the check out area and no breakfast at 6 am. I had to knock on the managers door to get him up to get a refund for the other room. Don’t recommend staying here.

The room was grimy and filthy. The fire sprinkler was covered in cobwebs and dust, the floors covered in animal hair. They did not tell us until we checked in that they only had 2nd room floors and no elevator. The breakfast was limited and very low quality with almost no seating. The staff were friendly and kind, but the property was overall disgusting.

This property is being remodeled. We got there and the air conditioning didn’t work, but staff really tried to help. Limited outlets. Limited places to stay in Burns with a pet, but on the return trip, we chose to drive the two hours further to Ontario Oregon to get a decent hotel for less price. We canceled our return trip reservation in Burns, but only got a partial refund. Will not stay here again.

TERRIBLE!!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS! We had to make a last minute reservation and this was the only place in Burns available so we had little choice in the matter.Opened the room and bed was unmade (although looked as in they hadn't been actually slept in, more like passed out on), used bath towels on the floor and someone's doodled papers on the desk. Room obviously wasn't touched after the last occupants. Unfortunately since it was so late, and we had been on the road for 14 hours already, we opted to tidy up the room ourselves and slept fully clothed. I'm still a smoker(yes, I know), so I stepped out before going to bed to have a final cigarette, and i watched a drug deal go down right in front of me, and obvious druggies hanging out all over the property. Worst dump EVER!!!
