A notre arrivée, l'accueil était fermé à clé. Après 10 mn, un homme qui nétait pas l'opérateur de service, nous a donné les clés de la chambre par une petite fenêtre sur le côté (comme aux clients suivants). Aucun check-in réel. Dans la chambre, pas de table de chevet sur un côté, wifi quasi nul (le code a du être obtenu plus tard). Pas de machine à café disponible. Pas de petit-déj dispo. Hôtel à éviter vu son prix (113 $).

So many things wrong. Let's start with pulling the covers back to find stains all over the bed sheet. Call and was moved to a new room. In the new room there's old contacts dried on the end table. The curtains are sheer and don't block anything. Had to hang a blanket to keep everyone from seeing in. Towel rack was broken. Constant noise all night. Had a dead bolt but no hole in the door frame for the dead bolt. Felt unsafe

The owners are fantastic extremely helpful to resolve any issues. You may have to include car issues,room issues and overall very personable to make your business worth having

In one ad, it states that there is free breakfast, there is not. There isn't even free coffee. There is no coffee offered in the rooms. There isn't even plastic or paper cups offered in the room. All you get are towels, body gel, and shampoo, no conditioner, no coffee, no tea, no cups, no coffee maker, heating system is ancient though it works. If all you want is a clean bed and some basics for a cheap price, then this place is for you. If you want all the bells and whistles or you want the breakfast they advertised then go somewhere else.

Housekeeping does good cleaning but this place is so old. The carpet smells like warm pee from 1000 dogs. No deadbolt on the door. Heard loud water hammer repeatedly for long periods all day and night. Could not sleep. Could not wait for morning to leave this place. Will not return. No fault of the staff. Management needs to do some serious updates.
