There is a generous garden to the rear and parking included at the property.

This lovely modern home has been finished to a high standard with stylish furnishings and contemporary appliances throughout. The generous living room features 2 large sofas, a smart Tv and a desk for those that need to work. High speed broadband is available throughout the property. The modern fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook your own meals at home, also a dining table and a large glass door leading out to the garden. The large private garden has plenty of space for you to relax as well as outdoor seating and a table to enjoy alfresco meals and evening drinks. Upstairs the spacious double bedroom features a comfortable king size bed made up with crisp hotel linen as well as plenty of storage space for clothes. The modern and clean bathroom has a shower over bath, toilet and sink, as well as complimentary toiletries and fluffy towels for your use. There is also a downstairs toilet and basin. Parking is available at the property for those that drive.
