The staff were excellent from the moment I arrived at the entrance. The check in was easy, the staff spoke English and were friendly and helpful. The lobby is beautiful and the room was spacious. They prep the room for the 3 of us. The bathroom was a little dated but room was spacious.

Very nice hotel located in Busan. Great service from the staff and the room was great, with a good view and nice facilities. The hotel is connected to a metro station and is an easy journey from the main train station

The property has great amenities, a Lotte duty free shop in the building, and a great breakfast buffet. We also had amazing view of Busan. Really enjoyed the stay!
