This hotel is a wonderful choice for solo travelers looking for great value on a short stay. The complimentary Korean breakfast is so tasty that it would be worth paying for on its own — definitely a must try

Right beside the KTX which was a huge bonus. Lots of cafes and stores near by. Room was clean and quite spacious. The included breakfast was a very nice bonus and the menu changed daily which I thought was outstanding - kudos to the kitchen staff! Only con was very limited staff who understood English, but it was manageable.

The location was convenient especially for a first timer like me. Price performance was fine but, I woke up to terrible food smell on my last two days early in the morning. It felt as if somebody was making curry in my room. Also the towels were really old. I guess they can make some improvements and may be increase the price a bit. The staff were extraordinary and the hotel was truly clean.

Comfortable stay.

The hotel is comfortable. I didn't have a particularly friendly welcome when I checked in. The room was comfortable but the bathroom smelt of damp for ages after use as it was so small and kind of trapped the smell. I was on the 20th floor and waiting for the lift was so frustrating. It sometimes took 10 mins to get a lift to come up to the floor. The stay was comfortable though and there are lots of amenities but they are self serve so you have to get them yourself from reception. This saves waste I guess and is better for the planet. Overall a nice stay for a budget price and very well located.

We enjoyed our stay at the Toyoko Inn Busan Station No. 1. They were willing to go above and beyond to check us in late, and the room worked well for us. We found the staff to be very friendly, and the buffet breakfast was awesome for value, especially since it is free! I will say that it is not a normal American buffet breakfast, but the food was really delicious, and the environment was perfect for getting ready to go out and experience Busan. We would most certainly stay here again!

Great place to stay right across from Busan station. Rooms rather small but well kept. Staff are professional and courteous. Check in & out are fast; luggage storage is very helpful. Definitely would stay here next time in Busan.

Better than expected, better than a typical Toyoko Inn! They provide all you need, a neat and clean room, free-to-take Holika Holika skincare, pyjamas, a breakfast buffet with substansive choices, and equiped with a WOW pass machine at the lobby by which you could change money and take cash anytime.
