The property has all the amenities for a comfortable stay. My kids enjoyed interacting with the local fauna that come up to the veranda to greet you in the evenings. The outdoor hot tub was a bonus attraction to relax in while stargazing at night.

Great location, fantastic wildlife experience. Friendly and kids loved it! Wake up to the kangaroos and birds. Will be back again! Thank you for the lovely experience.

Amazing location with beautifully set out Cottages. Owners are very welcoming aswell as the wildlife. Can’t recommend this place enough

This is a place to spend sometime in Oz, especially if you are in to wildlife and nature. Visitor attractions in this region need to be seen and are easy to get too.

The location of the property is great. My family really enjoyed the wildlife and the nature walks. The house is not modern but it was spotless let clean. A little “quirky” in the layout worth the shower and toilet beside the front door.
The spa was amazing - although conflicting instructions were in the house about how to use it. We figured it out.
The essentials in the fridge when we arrived was a great touch!

Hi Gayle thank you for your kind review, we do clean eco friendly & try our best to present it clean & tidy for our guests. You mentioned the quirky layout, actually the porch is over the back door which allows easy access to the bathroom especially if it's beach weather.
The actual front door is the glass sliding door around the front over looking the bush, hence the path around to it. This does keep it lovely & private to sit out the front enjoying the peace & quite watching the friendly wildlife. Sorry you had some trouble with the instructions on the spa, we will review to see if it can be modified in any way. We now have all our contact details for our guests on the table so it's easy to call us by landline or our mobiles as we live on 100acs so can technically be home just not in the office. We look forward to sending you our monthly newsletter keeping you up to date with whats happening locally. Kind regards Joy & Simon

This place is AMAZING. The chalet was so cozy, felt a bit like my grandmother's house (which is a good thing), such a relaxing place with everything you need right there and with so much wild life just outside your door. In addtion, the outdoor heated spa was amazing - can recommend jumping in early morning while it's still chilly outside.

Wake up to birds and kangeroos

Cottage is well equipped - fully equipped kitchen, fireplace, inverter aircon/heater system, jacuzzi, BBQ and washing machine. Within driving distance to the whole of Margaret River, but far enough to enjoy the tranquility of being just next to nature.

If you like to be close to wildlife ...

Pour : Quiet, close to nature .. dark so you can see the stars at night.
Contre : The accommodation although perfectly functional, clean and well prepared could do with a bit of an update.
Emplacement : It's a short drive to most of your favourite sites in the Margaret River region.
Booked a weekend away and was pleasantly surprised ... was promised nature and it delivered. If you like sharing your breakfast with Kangaroos this is the place for you. If you like a spa/hottub watching the stars this is the place for you.
