Die Buhne 23 ist ein großzügig geschnittenes und insgesamt sehr gut ausgestattetes Ferienhaus mit ..

Die Buhne 23 ist ein großzügig geschnittenes und insgesamt sehr gut ausgestattetes Ferienhaus mit großer Terasse und schönem Garten. Die Lage ist mitten in einem Wohngebiet. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Falls mal ein Problem auftaucht, wird von Port54 der Vermieter informiert der der vor Ort wohnt. Die Vermieterfamilie ist ausgesprochen sympatisch. Die Lange ist relativ zentral und grundsätzlich angenehm ruhig, wenn nicht gerade Kutterregatta ist oder der Nachbar seinen in Bau befindlichen Anbau ab morgens um 7 Uhr dämmt. Bis zum Strand sind es ca. 10-15 Minuten, zur Familienlagune ca. 25-30 Minuten, bis zum Beginn der Fußgängerzohne ca. 5 Minuten und bis zum Hafenfenbecken bei der kleinen Werft auch ca. 5 Minuten zu Fuß. Der vorhandene Carport mit direktem Hauszugang ist bei Sturm und Regen ein echter Vorteil bei Ankunft und Abfahrt und bewahrt das Auto zusätzich vor Mövenkot. Da wir 3 Wochen hier waren, haben wir auch den separaten Wasch- und Trockenraum sehr geschätzt.

Sehr schönes und sehr gut ausgestattetes Ferienhaus in bester Lage. Innenstadt, Strand, Hafen, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Bäcker - alles zu Fuss zu erreichen. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Sehr netter Vermieter und eine sehr gute Betreuung durch Port54. Wir würden dieses Haus definitiv wieder buchen. Vielen Dank für alles.

Bei der Buhne 23 handelt es sich um ein gut ausgestattetes Haus, in dem wir uns seit Jahren wohlfühlen. Das Haus liegt sehr zentral zum Hafen und zur Innenstadt in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße. Die Buchung erfolgte unkompliziert. Auf Änderungswünsche wird eingegangen.
