Great one night stay. Big room. Plenty of space for our family to be comfortable. Kids were a little bummed that the pool heater was broken and were unable to swim but, other than that q great stay.

The only thing negative I would have to say is that there isn't enough parking. Other than that the place was very clean and the staff were welcoming and extremely nice.

The Fairfield Inn allowed people to park trucks with boats & campers sideways, taking up 6 parking places. There were no parking places left in the parking lot both nights we stayed there. We did not feel our vehicle was secure parking on the street. The staff at the front desk did not show any empathy & did not seem to care when it was brought to their attention. We do not plan on ever staying at another one of their facilities.

Very loud in the middle of the night, called front desk who advised there was a very hyper two year old that just arrived and needed to “settle down” and had already been talked to. Continued to make loud noise past 12am. Overall property was nice but walls were thin. Would’ve liked staff to take a firmer approach on noise complaints.

The key didn’t work when we checked in. We went back to the front desk to fix it. It still didn’t work and acted like someone was already in the room. They sent us to a new room that was the wrong size. We went back and they said Expedia booked them the wrong number of people. I talked to hotels.com and they called the property. Marriott said the booking looked correct when they pulled it up again. The larger room was sold out, so they upgraded us to the family suite. Whole process took over a hour. They treated us like second class citizens for not booking through Marriott. We will never stay there again.

It was a wonderful stay and a step up for many of the other hotels I've stayed at besides copper King convention center and hotel
