I think the room did not get good preparations before we arrived. There was a wash cloth hanging on the back of the bathroom door, a bit of garbage on the bathroom floor, no bodywash in the container, and a charger was left plugged in from a previous guest.

Do not pay upfront extra for an upgraded suite. You will not get it. Skip this town and this place. Cheap place where customer and honesty comes last. Pay a little more at a place that values you!

This location was very convenient for us but the overall cleanliness was very disappointing. We had no hand soap in our room on arrival. This was told to the desk but we did not receive any throughout our stay. Additionally, when showering in the morning two of the clean towels were soiled with blood. We did let the front desk know at the time of checkout.

We saw all the good reviews and booked a room hoping it was as good as people said. Our room was clean and it was a quiet area. Pretty good for what you pay. If u want a refrigerator or microwave be sure you upgrade your room. We were very unhappy with the maid service. One maid knocked and came in early while we were sleeping and woke us up. It was hours before check out time. We didnt realize it at the time but she had LEFT OUR DOOR OPEN!! A second time we were packing up to leave and she came in wanting to know if we were staying over. We told her no we were leaving soon. Yet AGAIN noticed she left our door open. The maids couldn't wait to get us out of there. As we were leaving a woman who was at the front desk mentioned she didnt normally work it was extremely rude and condescending. I intend to contact a manager this evening. Mostly about the maid leaving our door open while we were sleeping. Huge safety issue.
