We got a room. The check in clerk wouldn't match the Travelocity price, so we just ordered the room through Travelocity. The room was large. Older furniture. Bed and floor squeaked and the heater/ac was loud. While we were getting into the hotel a homeless guy was busy going through the garbage cans, but he didn't bother us. The plus side was the room was cheap and close to the interstate.

The room was updated, but not the actual facilities. The window screen had holes and was falling out. The AC did not work. The the lock on the door did not work. And the building was kinda scary looking. Not worth the money spent.

Gross sheets not changed from prior guest

I checked the bed sheets when we arrived to find them dirty with black hair all over the sheets and pillow cases. The housekeeper obviously had not changed the sheets from the last guest to stay in that room. Yuck!! Also, the floors had hair all over the place too. The housekeepers are terrible at their job and clearly need to be trained on how to clean the rooms properly.

The room was not cleaned well. Chips wrapper by the hinge of the door, spattered toothpaste on sink, one of the two beds had dirty sheets with crumbs inside.

The phones in the 1st rm and 2nd rm had no phone cord to wall. More like a decoration, the Internet service never worked half the time, the TV never worked in first room, part of coffee pot no there, no pool towels by pool, homeless guy wondering around by pool door. Looks are deceiving for sure. Never will stay there again
