Rural farmhouse and rooms set in 15 acres in the Peak District. Can sleep 20.
Large kitchen and dining area (can seat 16) . Great for a fun and relaxing family/friends get together.
Come and get away from the hustle and bustle of life and relax in our family farmhouse. House sleeps up to 10 but we also have other accommodation next to this which can sleep a further 10.
Amazing 360 degree views for star gazing, watching the sunset and rise.
The main house has four bedrooms upstairs, plus a snug with sofa bed. Then there are five additional self contained holiday let bedrooms, with ensuites. In the main farm house there are 2 bathrooms with shower facilities and 1 additional toilet.
The kitchen is a large family kitchen and has an electric double range oven, lots of work space to prep on.
There are two large fridge/freezers, dishwasher, toaster and plenty of cooking utensils and pans but please feel free to bring your own pans/knives etc.
The dining area is next to the kitchen and open plan so your group can chat and relax while keeping the cooks company!
There are dining tables that can seat 16.
There is a wood burning stove in the dining room so you will have to fight for who gets to light it and sit closest to it.. warning.. it may make you sleepy.
The lounge has enough comfortable seating for 7 but we have managed to squeeze in 12 for an evening of games by the wood burning stove.
We may not always be on site, so access will be via a key box at the farm.
When we are on site we will be accessing the barn (off limits to guests). We will not access the property unless requested to do so.
We are available via phone and email if required.
We have fibre broadband and Phone signal is patchy.
We may be accessing the barn during your stay, we will be discrete.
