Our Villa is not just a vacation rental, It is also our second home which is maintained with great pride of ownership and attention to detail. Many of our prior guests that frequently visit Cabo have become regular repeat guests of our Villa.
Our Villa features 2 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. The main bedroom has a king size bed, brand new Samsung curved TV, sitting area and desk area. The secondary bedroom has 2 queen size beds and sitting area.
Recent upgrades include, stone tiled walls in the bedrooms, new granite kitchen counters with a new large stainless steel sink and faucet, new marble basin sinks and faucets in all bathrooms. Regular maintenance includes a monthly deep cleaning housekeeping service of the Villa, semi annual steam cleaning of all furniture and fabrics as well as annual floor polishing and overall general maintenance to ensure the property remains in superior condition.
As our guest, you will also enjoy being centrally located to all the resort amenities Villa la Estancia has to offer. Our Villa is on the third floor over looking the upper pool. From the over sized and covered balcony overlooking the upper pool you will also enjoy spectacular ocean views.
Housekeeping will be provided prior to check in and at check out as well as in between days, depending on the length of your stay. We also supply the Villa with basic amenities including but not limited to soap and shampoo, laundry detergent, dish liquid and paper towels.
Upon arrival you will check in at the concierge area at Villa La Estancia Los Cabos. One of our hosts will meet you afterwards or the following day in the event you want something additional.
Villa La Estancia is a 5 star resort located on the famous Medano beach. Villa La Estancia offers two pools, 5 hot tubs, poolside restaurant with food service from your chair at the pool or beach. Concierge service and activities desk in the lobby, a gym, tennis courts, mini market and deli, 24 hour security as well as spa services at the Desert spa located next door at Villa del Arco.
We have also made arrangements for our guest to receive discounted round trip transportation services and private boat charters for sight seeing, whale watching, snorkeling and sunset cruises.
