MONTECRISTO ESTATES is an exclusive, private, gated community of villas, located within a 1000 acre estate that is perched just above the main resort of Pueblo Bonito Sunset Beach, a world class resort where you have 100% access! Our upscale villa retreat epitomizes luxury and seclusion, but is within easy reach of fun-in-the-sun and fantastic nightlife! 

Our home affords every possible amenity and comfort imaginable, has 180+ degree ocean views and breathtaking sunsets.  This entire place is designed around spectacular ocean views afforded by a tiered mountain landscape that overlooks the Pacific Ocean.  Additionally, 1st class complementary buses are at your beck and call to shuttle you wherever you want to go, whether it's down to the MC clubhouse, PBSB resort below, or into the town of Cabo to several sister resorts!  "The Bachelorette" was filmed at Montecristo Estates several years ago and the movie "Troy" was filmed on the beach below!

THE VILLA'S DESIGN: This 2,850 square-foot Villa (plus a combined 1,700 square feet of terraces) includes anything and everything you need for the perfect luxurious vacation- inside and out.  Marble floors and baths, granite countertops, stainless appliances and fine wood detailing is combined with beautiful furnishings. Five satellite TV's, gourmet kitchen, filtered water, optional private chef & optional in-residence massage, carport parking, and the entire staff is fluent in English and Spanish and they treat you like royalty!

The villa has very large upper and lower terraces that extend both floors of the home's living space outdoors and connects the entire interior with views to the sky and Pacific Ocean beyond.  The upper terrace includes a spacious grilling/dining area outside the villa's dining room. Here an oversized Weber outdoor gas grill allows you to cook up your deep-sea catches. Beside that is a sunning deck with several lounge chairs. Next, outside the primary bedroom, sits a large 5-person hydro-massage spa, all of which overlooks a private infinity edge pool on the lower deck below. The lower 2 bedrooms and media room all have oversized porches as well that connect with the pool deck. Located at your doorstep is QUIVIRA Golf Club. Designed by Jack Nicklaus, this world-class course boasts dazzling views and breathtaking drops from the tee to the fairway. With its beachfront location, you’ll enjoy spectacular ocean views from every hole. The course spans 7,085 yards and has been recognized as one of the “World’s 100 Greatest Golf Courses” by Golf Digest. It was also named the “Best New International Golf Course” in 2014 by Golf Magazine1.

Your stay will include twice daily maid service as well as full access and room charging privileges at the Pueblo Bonito Sunset Beach and Pacifica Spa Resort directly below, as well as the Pueblo Bonito Rose and Blanco located in the town of Cabo.  The entire resort has free luxury vans/buses with AC that shuttle you wherever you wish to go, including an 8-15 min ride to and from the PB Rose in town, provided every half hour.The Sky Pool along with several others all over the property are cleansed with an oxygenation process, not chlorine. Free 24-hour golf carts will chauffeur you around the resort any time you wish. 

Nearby activities include amazing Zip line adventures, ATV rentals, golfing, deep-sea fishing, scuba diving, whale watching (late Dec thru April), snorkeling, parasailing, jet-skiing, boating, swimming, tennis, shopping, dining, booze-cruises, and much more. A large selection of fine restaurants to suit any pallet also await you both on the property & in town!

There is 6-zone (individual controls for each bedroom) central A/C, a private heated infinity pool, a private 8-person whirlpool spa, a jetted whirlpool tub in the master bath, five flat screen TVs with satellite including the master bedroom, a DVD player, a full gourmet kitchen with granite counters & stainless-steel appliances. There is a private laundry room with full size washer & dryer, a living room with fireplace, a family room, a formal dining room, high-speed internet access (both floors), a large two-story terrace with BBQ and sunning/dining areas.

24 hour in-room dining (room service) is included in the optional All-Inclusive package ($5 delivery fee), as well as a host of 20+ restaurants at the Sunset Beach resort, Rose & Cabo PB, plus easy access to miles of beaches (Rose is in the middle of Medano Beach in town, great for swimming & people watching!), a 16,000 square foot European spa & fitness center, plus a smaller but very well-designed workout room & spa at the Montecristo clubhouse - as well as all the other amenities and restaurants at the 5-starSunset Beach Resort & Spa are all available for your use.
