Bienvenidos a su casa Vista del Mar! This beautiful 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bath, 3,000 square foot home is waiting for lively guests to enjoy and appreciate it’s gorgeous views the Pacific Ocean. The home is on the Pacific side of the Pedregal, Cabo San Lucas where you enjoy the most stunning sunsets you have ever seen (the Marina side of the Pedregal community has city and marina view). The Pacific side also has gorgeous views of whales, marine life, sunsets, and fishing boats going by. Pedregal is like the Beverly Hills of Cabo - it has homes ranging from 2,000 square feet to 20,000 square feet all with stunning architecture. Our home features an updated great-room concept with a spacious kitchen, dining and living area. It has been furnished with custom designer paint, fabric, furniture, linens and finishes. And best of all…it’s only 200 yards to Pedregal beach!

This beautiful and fully furnished home comfortably sleeps up to 10 people. Please note-8 adults and 2 children. It is not designed for 10 adults. It is situated in Pedregal, Cabo San Lucas, the most prestigious resort communities in San Jose Del Cabo. It's only a 20 minute walk to downtown Cabo San Lucas or a 30 minute walk to Medano Beach where all the action is (you can also walk to the marina and take a water taxi to Medano Beach).

Every room in the home is beautifully decorated with warm, contemporary furnishings. There are 4 bedrooms downstairs; one king master, one master with a queen and pullout sofa; one bedroom with a queen; and the fourth has two twins with hints of Trina Turk fabric for great color. Three of the bedrooms have ocean front views for a gorgeous sunrise or sunset.

The private pool is just off the upstairs living/dining room and kitchen complete with a BBQ, four lounge chairs and an outdoor sectional. The dining room table sits eight. The patio offers picture perfect ocean views, sunsets and whale watching! It’s a place to gather your thoughts, have a cocktail, relax or watch the sunset cruises go by.

The tennis club is a short walk up the hill. Downtown Cabo San Lucas proper is a short walk away with shopping, clubs, restaurants and a great time. We have walked it many times, but we would not recommend relying on walking as a mode of transportation from the home. You can certainly skip a car rental if you prefer, Uber is available for about $5 from town each way or a tax ride is about $18. Once you book, you will also receive contact information on how to arrange private transport, if you chose.

The home has fast wireless internet access, a smart TV with Netflix/Amazon etc, US Vonage phone services, air conditioning in each room, and a washer and dryer. There is also a TV in the queen/sofa pull out bedroom. We are happy to introduce you to our house-manager, Alejandra, who would love to help you arrange excursions, fishing, extra cleaning services and do your shopping for you before you arrive if you would like these additional amenities. She will also cook and/or shop for you and your guests if you like. Alejandra will meet you at the house upon arrival so you are free to make dinner arrangements then as well. As you can see from her reviews, guests love having her around!

Pool heat-$30/day. Please note- in order to have pool heat turn on, we must be notified prior to arrival and paid in full prior to arrival. The cost is $30/day.-check in and check out are half days. You can send directly through VRBO prior to arrival.
Babysitting $12/hour
Meals $150 service fee plus cost of food (up to 8 people, additional costs for more)
Daily housekeeping $100/day
Airport transport via Alejandra's minivan-$23/pp
Massages at home- $100/hour
Daily help (one person) with lunch, drinks, etc. $150 12pm-5pm

The home has been in our family since it was built and we have cherished our memories of growing up there. We want to share our Cabo experience with others to create their own gorgeous memories.
