1 bedroom, great ocean view, great patio for whale watching!

A 2 minute walk across the lawn to the beach stairs, newly remodeled 1 bedroom with a private patio.

Enjoy your morning coffee as the sun rises out of the ocean from the patio complete with over-sized love seat, coffee table and BBQ.

From the patio, walk across the lawn, down the stair and you’re on the swimming/snorkeling beach. Out the front door you’re a one minute walk from the heated pool and the bar/restaurant where you can book all your Cabo activities while having a drink and meeting new friends.

The food at the pool bar starts with breakfast and goes to dinner, with great specials.

This open floor plan, well-equipped ground floor condo is close to the pool and beach access, and yet its location is peaceful and quiet. You’ll fall asleep to the sound of ocean waves.

The kitchen has everything you need, Including purified water. Have a quick meal at the breakfast bar or the dining room table that pulls out from the wall to seat 4 for a game night.

You can watch your favorite streaming channels and all live tv US channels, including sports, with US TV. Or you can simply enjoy the ocean view.

The bedroom suite has its own Smart TV.

The condo features FREE, secure, and reliable fiber optic WiFi.

There are books in the condo and. the pool bar has a book exchange.

The condo also has a hotel safe for your convenience, and a full size washer and dryer.

The grounds are lushly landscaped with grass and flowers making for beautiful views in every direction.

Our private swimming/snorkeling beach makes for a relaxing day WITHOUT SOLICITORS like you will encounter at Medano Beach. We provide you with beach towels, chairs, an umbrella, and snorkel gear.

The Palapa swim up pool bar and restaurant serves very reasonably priced food and drinks. They also serve delicious 'All You Can Eat' dinners for only about $10 USD per person 2x/week.

There is an onsite mini-market (with shaded outdoor seating) with a wide variety of groceries, including beer and a good selection of wine and liquor.

Misiones has a security entrance gate with 24/7 security and is a very safe community. Guests who stay at the Misiones come back again and again, as its location is one of the very best in Cabo. Located on the first point at the East end of Bahia de Cabo San Lucas (Cabo San Lucas Bay), less than two miles from downtown Cabo...close enough to enjoy all it has to offer, far enough away to avoid solicitors and crowds.

Costco, Walmart, Fresko and other shopping only a few minutes away, and a choice of restaurants within walking distance, including the famous "Sunset Da Mona Lisa", "Sunset Point Pizza Lounge" , "Taittenger's" Champagne and Oyster Bar, Manta at the Cape hotel, and Puerta Vieja (live entertainment), which all offer spectacular Land's End and Cabo City Lights Views.

This is a very nice condo. It looks just like the pictures. It's very well stocked and even came with coffee. The complex is quite nice, and the little Cantina by the pool makes fabulous food. It should be noted that the Wi-Fi is pretty spotty. It rarely works on the patio if at all. There were even areas in the condo where the signal was poor. The smart lock on the door was broken, so I had to rely on a key box near the front door. This would've been fine for entry, but it would've been nice to have a key that you could keep with you. The instructions were to always leave the key back in the key box. This wasn't always convenient when getting home late at night. Overall a very nice condo and a great place to stay.

Snorkling is steps away, and views of the ocean from the patio. We saw SO many whales! The pools and staff are fantastic. This is the perfect place for a relaxing getaway. Lynn was great to work with and we had everything we needed in the condo. This place deserves 10 stars!!!

Loved our stay at Misiones. Ocean Front condo has everything we needed. Saw whales from the deck. Enjoyed beach chairs - snorkel equipment for fun days on the beach. Great location!!! Can see sunrises and sunset from both sides of condo's. Short trip to Cabo marina area via Uber.Thanks - Look forward to coming back.

The condo is perfect with dishes, utensils, and grill. The store is less than a mile away; easy walk. The people in the community are wonderful and kind. The food options next door at Jazz on the Rocks & Sunset Monalisa paired with the terrace views were amazing. The hotel bar also has a lot of great food options including buffet style homemade meals 2 nights during the week. The view from the kitchen and family room are breathtaking and terrific snorkeling is just a few steps from the condo. Will be returning for sure!

Loved our stay at Misiones Del Cabo. The complex is centrally located to a lot that Cabo has to offer. It was great to have access to the pools, pool bars and casual poolside restaurant. The beach is amazing and the unit was well equipped to meet all of our needs. Our host was amazing and provided great detailed information about transportation, complex amenities, restaurant recommendations and much more. We will be back!

Awesome place to stay!!

Great condo and location! My wife and I really enjoyed the peacefulness of this smaller condo complex vs. staying at a larger hotel or resort. It was only a 15-20 min Uber ride to downtown Cabo. My wife's bday dinner at Sunset Mona Lisa was fantastic and a nightcap at Jazz on the Rocks with some live music was a great ending to a perfect evening. Both are only a three minute walk from the condo. The food at the pool is good along with the margaritas!Make sure to talk to Andres at the pool bar for things to do in and around Cabo. He can help book you. We did an 8hr private sailboat cruise which was fantastic. We also did an 8hr private sport fishing boat and caught my first Marlin! The condo itself was spacious, comfortable and very clean with everything you need. It was private and very quiet with a great view of the ocean. Lynn was an outstanding host that answered all of our questions quickly and efficiently. We are already making plans to possibly do another Cabo trip by the end of the year!

Needs a deep clean! Very much retirement crowd. Not current pics of actual pool or patio with dining. All cabinets and closet door coming off. No dishwasher as said in " departing instructions" Minimal food at pool bar. No breakfast. pool with no breakfast. instructions

Perfect Condo with ocean view, patio and lawn

This is a jewel tucked away at the corner of building 3 at Misiones. It has been beautifully remodeled and has the most amazing ocean view with a grilling patio and expansive lawn. There is a nice sofa sleeper in addition to a king bed in the primary bedroom. Everything was perfect and communication with host Lynn was easy, timely and professional. Peaceful and lovely

The condo has a lovely view of the ocean. Staying alone I wanted a place that felt safe and this was perfect. Quiet and away from the crowds. A 3 minute walk down to the private beach! Communication with the host was great.

Awesome place

We had an amazing time here. Everyone we met was very friendly and helpful. Condo had most everything we needed. Electric bbq was a little odd to us but it worked great. Spent a lot of time watching the whales jump and the boats chasing them. Sunrise always so beautiful. We did walk to Costco. It’s not recommended but wasn’t too bad. Big tip, stay on the side of the condo until at least past the bridge. There is no walkway on the other side.

Great view, clean nicely decorated space. Really happy that everything worked in the kitchen/condo. Loved how close the condo is to Fresko for groceries and to downtown Cabo. The bed was more firm then our liking but that’s ok! We will be back for sure!

Best Beach Ever!

Great stay at a great place. Nice and quiet. Very comfortable furniture and bed. The patio at the unit is perfect for relaxing, having a drink and watching the whales jump. Great communication by the host and easy check-in process (with luggage assist by the gate staff!) The condo and deck are great - but the real star is the beach (Cabo Bello) 150 yards from the door. Excellent swimming beach with stellar snorkeling. TONS of fish starting 6 feet from the shore with all-day sun on fine white sand. Never crowded. Because the beach was there we didn’t use the pools a lot but the swim-up bar area is great. Friendly staff with great prices. Didn’t need a car. The big supermarket is a 15 minute walk up the street and the on-site mini- store was great for some stuff. Having the Thompson Cape hotel across the street was a huge bonus. Excellent lounges and restaurants with outstanding views and very welcoming staff. We will be back.
