Our villa is located Cabo San Lucas, Baja California Sur, Mexico, 45 minutes to SJD Airport. The unit is a 2 Bedroom, with an extra sofa bed in the main living room area, 3 Baths and sleeps 6 to 8 people.

Villa La Estancia is a full ownership condominium community, with all of the services of a five-star luxury resort, including 24 hour front desk services, Our Concierge will arrange activities, make restaurant reservations, secure transportation, and take care of all of your needs while visiting the Los Cabos area.

The beautiful pool feature lovely fountains and a swim-up bar. Enjoy the five oceanview hot tubs, executive fitness center, and European spa, with in-Villa massage available. There are tennis court and new pickle ball courts. The poolside restaurant offers outstanding meals, Enjoy your drinks and meals either by the pool or on the beach. Just ask one of the friendly waiters! If you have a car, the underground parking garage is free.

La Casona is a fine dining gourmet restaurant that offers outstanding dinners featuring wonderful cuisine and relaxing music. Room service is also available. All drinking water at the resort is conditioned with it's own purification system for your convenience and safety. Complimentary high-speed WiFi Internet access is provided in the via our own wireless router connected to the resort's LAN. Complimentary WiFi is also offered at the pool and other general areas.

All Villa La Estancia paying guests have restaurant and bar privileges at Villa del Palmar and Villa Del Arco, five-star time-share resorts located next door. Villa del Palmar offers a wide range of recreational activities, two excellent restaurants, and a Kids in Paradise children's program. Villa Del Arco offers fine dining with superb ocean views. A mini-mall with supermarket, deli, and ice cream shops are located on-site to serve all the Villa resorts.

Our villa features two bedrooms, one with a king bed, the other with two queen beds. There are three full bathrooms. Each bedroom has an electronic security box. The Master bath features a jetted tub, separate shower, dressing table, and double sinks. Both bedrooms have large closets, dressing areas, televisions, and telephones. There is a third bathroom, with shower, adjacent to the living and dining area. The large furnished terrace includes a wet bar and bbq grill.

The main great room features a large living room, with 48' Flat Panel HDTV and dining table. Our full kitchen was recently upgraded with granite counter tops, all new appliances, large food pantry, and washer/dryer closet. The kitchen is well-stocked with dishes, glassware, utensils, cookware, and small appliances.

The main great room is updated with new furniture and matresses. Travertine marble floors, 10 foot ceilings in the living areas, solid maple entry doors, zoned air conditioning and ceiling fans.

We never rent the lock-off second bedroom simultaneously to another party to insure balcony privacy.
