Staff were great, location and restaurants were good. It is a smaller Resort, 2 restaurants, one pool,3 bars (close at 10pm). But there are many good Restaurants and bars outside of the Restaurants. Even though we tip all staff, we had one server at the bar and one at the restaurant, that always said "just leave your tip under the receipt", one even always wrote the word "tip" with a smiley face. Ive been to lots of all inclusives DR, Cuba, Mexico, cruise Ships and this is the first time we have ever been reminded. Other than that the location of the resort was great with the option of breakfast, All inclusive or room only.

Requested nice room view as it was anniversary next day, offered a complimentary decoration on arrival but didn’t see anything. Had to request service as toilet seat was broken and shower drained very poorly and no hot water. Requested late check out and was charged $69 USD for late check out.

The rooms are spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The resort is ideally located, with easy walkable access to activities, tours, and key attractions. During our week-long stay, we experienced a few service-related issues on the second day. However, once these were brought to the attention of the manager on duty, they were addressed promptly, and the level of service for the remainder of our stay was exceptional. I would highly recommend this resort to families, especially those traveling with children. It offers a relaxing experience while also providing seamless access to explore the city beyond the resort. One suggestion for improvement would be to offer a greater variety of food options over the course of a week-long stay. While the quality of the food was good, rotating the menu more frequently would help avoid repetition and enhance the overall dining experience, especially for longer stays.
