Villa 2206 - Ground Level Villa at the Beautiful Villa La Estancia Resort

This spacious 2100 sq ft (approx. 1600 sq ft interior and approx. 500 sq ft terrace) ground floor unit at the 5-star resort, Villa La Estancia, is perfect for a family or for sharing with friends. It features 2 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a full kitchen, dining room, living room with a sleeper sofa, and a patio with lounge chairs, table and chairs, and a grill. The large master bedroom has a king-sized bed and sitting area. The master bath has a double vanity, two closets, shower, and a jacuzzi tub. The second bedroom has two queen beds. Its bathroom has a nice shower/tub combination. The third bathroom off the dining room has another shower.

The property offers two large communal pools with a connecting swim up bar and grill, multiple hot tubs, spa, fitness center, tennis/pickleball courts, restaurants, a nice market with deli, ice cream shop, and other artisan shops. There is private access to Medano Beach with lounge chairs and large umbrellas for shade. A Parking Garage is available for those who have a personal or rental car.

The helpful and courteous staff at the Villa La Estancia will do everything possible to make your stay a pleasure. The property has 24-hour gated security posts to get into and out of the resort area. Plus, 24-hour front desk availability. There is a Cabo Adventures booth onsite and another at the Villa del Palmar next door for booking sunset dinner cruises, ATV and/or Jet ski outings, snorkeling, swimming with the dolphins, whale watching (seasonal), or other exciting excursions.

We had a fantastic family vacation. We’re a family of 5 so very much appreciated the space and multiple beds and showers. We loved being on ground level for the ease of in and out through the day. The staff of La Estancia were incredible! Loved them all! It’s a beautiful resort!

We have been going to Estancia for about 9 years and it is needless to say our go to hotel in Cabo. Our stay was fantastic. Everything in the listing is accurate to how our stay was. Craig was great with communication and the check in went smoothly. We only had a small issue when the master bedroom door locked me out, the hotel locksmith said the mechanism was broken. He fixed it and all was resolved. Will definitely be happy to book this room again,

Good Unit and Good Owner

The property at La Estancia was as pictured and described. While we were slightly concerned at only 1-2 reviews, we went ahead and would rent again from this owner. Communication was swift and detailed, and the welcome packet the owner sent included a significant amount of "local knowledge" which was helpful. Thanks for a good stay!

Another Fabulous Stay in Paradise

We have stayed multiple weeks at Villa La Estancia and always enjoy it. The property and location can't be beat. This villa was perfect for us as we really enjoyed the ground level access to all of the amenities. The owner, Craig, was very gracious with his time in answering all of our questions and even provided a list of tips and suggestions for dining. Wished we could stay another week but we will be back!

Never Disappoints!

We have been to several resorts in Cabo, but Estancia is our absolute favorite. We love the easy access of the ground floor unit. The staff is fantastic and always remembers us. We go usually twice a year and it is the most relaxing, pampered vacation we could ever ask for. Our owner Craig was so easy to work with and checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. 5 stars all the way!
