This luxurious 7500 square-foot villa is in the exclusive community of Pedregal of Cabo San Lucas. A fabulous cliff and ocean view retreat, Villa Gran Vista is true to its name and features breathtaking panoramic vistas of the Pacific Ocean.
The interior design is inspired by sophisticated Spanish Colonial style. Soft, neutral tones in the home are brightened with a blend of classic paintings and local art and carvings. The consistent luxury throughout the villa including all 7-bedroom suites makes Villa Gran Vista the ideal getaway for families, couples and groups of friends. Each individually themed suite has a king bed, satellite TV, phone, stereo speakers & control system to listen to your choice of music coming from the central CD player or iPod station, beautiful in-suite full bathrooms and views of the Pacific Ocean.
The gourmet kitchen is any chefs' dream, with extensive cabinetry, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a large island with a Thermador 6 burner gas range. A 52' wide screen TV and plush leather sofas are the highlights of the TV/media center. Leather furnishings are also featured in the living and dining areas, along with beautiful, hand-crafted wood furnishings. Floor-to-ceiling walkways connect indoor and outdoor living at Villa Gran Vista.
The private grotto with plush tropical gardens, a Cantera stone fountain and statue is a well shaded and secluded area to escape to when you’re needing to hideaway.

We had a great stay at Villa Gran Vista! The house was beautiful, even better than the pictures! Amanda was incredibly responsive and helpful. It was so nice to have her recommendations and coordination for activities and rides. Fortunado and the team at the house were so welcoming and helpful as well. Fortunado cooked for us one night and the meal was delicious! Our group had a wonderful stay and we would definitely come back!

Perfect Vacation Villa
This house is awesome! The view is incredible and the house was more than spacious for our group of 7. The property is in a convenient location and the pool and hot tub were just as advertised in the pictures. Amanda was fantastic to work with and helped make the planning of our trip straightforward and effortless. I cannot recommend this property enough. It will make the perfect destination for your vacation.

Where do I start? This is a no brainer.
Beautiful property for a group heading to Cabo. Staff is extremely welcoming and helpful and essentially around 24/7 for any needs. You will have an excellent stay.

Perfect Family Reunion Location
There were 12 of us, ranging in age from 2-72, and the house worked so well for us. Having such large communal spaces on the top level made it easy for everyone to mix and mingle. We originally arranged for Fortunato and Lulu (who are there for anything we might need) to prepare our dinner the first night as well as to shop for things we wanted to have in the house for the first morning as we were all arriving at different times and it is not easy going out with a large group. Their cooking was so wonderful that we had them prepare dinner for us three additional nights. Some went fishing and caught five marlin. Fortunato and Lulu used our fish to make amazing ceviche as an hors d'oeuvres one evening ( before our steak and lobster dinner) and then made fish tacos for us another night. No one wanted to leave the house in the evening. It was so nice to stay by the pool, eat fabulous food and drink our own homemade margaritas then sit by the fire pit or in the spa. (The savings was significant compared to eating in a restaurant, and much more leisurely) Each morning we would watch the whale watching boats gather and we could see the whales spouting and breaching from the pool deck. Amanda could not have been more helpful in answering all my questions preparing for this multi-generational gathering. I would highly recommend this house.

Women's Retreat
When you book an VRBO you really never know what your rental will be like until you get there. This home was beyond my expectations. Not to mention the hidden gems of Fortunato and Lulu who work at the house. They made our stay so enjoyable. It's because of them and the beauty of the home that I would definitely rent this property again!!

The housekeeper/fantastic cook Fortuna made everything so easy on us, he was able to grocery shop when we ran out of things and was so warm and welcoming. Everyone felt so comfortable around him instantly! It was so nice to rent a home but also have support and cleaning on a daily basis. The house and view was incredible! Having so many bathrooms made it wonderfully easier for a group of 13 women to get ready without having to battle for the bathroom and having a pool with a swim up bar and jacuzzi hot tub with an ocean view was icing on the cake! The rooms had fantastic views, the kitchen was spacious and well stocked with pantry items like spices and napkins, they have shampoo and hair dryers and a safe. Great tv and fair WiFi. This was the best house I’ve ever rented on vacation, I hope to come back again soon! Everyone is raving this is the best girls trip they’ve ever had and in no small part because of all the help we had in planning it and having support while we were there!

THE BEST! The view, the house, the food! Everything!
Where do I begin?!?! This house was PERFECT and exceeded all expectations! Our group had THE best time. The photos do not begin to do this house justice. The pool area is a dream and each room has an amazing view. Fortunato was THE BEST. His food was SO darn good and so was just his presence! The house was fully stocked with everything we asked for upon our arrival. We would book again in a hearbeat! Thank you for having us!

Even better in person!
The entire property is set up just perfectly! Upon arrival Fortunato had margaritas and Salsa/Guac waiting. He was happy to grocery shop and make any meals we requested! The home was beautiful and well maintained. I would go back in a heartbeat and stay here. Fortunato was an amazing addition to the home and we felt pampered. LOVED THIS HOME!!!!
