Luxury 1 bedroom Villa in Playa Grande

Dos Monitos #1, located in the beach community of Playa Grande, a short drive from the beach, restaurants, grocery store, and fun activities. The property is fully equipped with the basic necessities to enjoy your vacation. It has secure parking within a small gated community of four villas, and security, all surrounded by jungle. There are beautiful green areas which our maintenance team looks after constantly. The property has access to a small private pool. This villa is in a huge property with 2 other small villas and and a main house. The villas are designed to keep privacy. Each of them are fully equipped and have access to their own private pool. Pet fee $50.

The support staff for the house were great. Proactively reaching out ahead of time and then helping us get things we needed (note - we had an electric golf cart because you need some sort of transportation -- the beach is walkable I guess but far) - but the folks got us an extension (that our cart rental place wouldn't get us).The place is really nice. It is gated and the people working the grounds were great - helpful and friendly. The pool is a bit small but refreshing. Not a beach view but a natural setting.

Very comfortable ! A great place well located in Playa Grande. Near the main road that bring you to beach - 15 min walk that give you the Costarican vibe (monkeys, birds, surfs shop…). If you want to woke up while hearing monkeys and while seeing colorful birds, this place is perfect for you.The pool is a must. Useful in this weather.The host was helpful and available. She respond within an hour most of the time. We would’ve love to have more kitchen amenities. Plastic recipients and 1 or 2 more pans would’ve been great if you want to cook at home. As a foreigner in vacation, it would’ve been nice to have little chairs and and « sun umbrella » to enjoy a long day a the beach.The website, provided by the host is friendly user and full of informations and great activities to schedule.I would recommend this place to anyone who want a quiet place to rest that provide a great peace of mind.
