And, for greater convenience, the doctors, urgent care, and pharmacy are just minutes away. Private outdoor areas include the pool deck and an expansive patio equipped with comfortable furniture and a gas grill for home barbecues.

This house is showing wear and tear from renters and it needs a thorough cleaning. We notified Vacessa who manages the property about several things on our second day. We rented for 3 weeks and none of the issues were addressed, broken wicker chairs on the patio, no toaster, master bath ceiling fan not functioning and air conditioner in the living room smelled so bad we couldn’t use it. Pool was great to have and house is roomy. Kitchen is well stocked. There are no counter stools as shown in the pictures.

We loved our stay. The house was perfect. It was comfortable and the kitchen was well-stocked. It was close to several beaches and restaurants. We enjoyed the pool area in the afternoons. The gardens and view is spectacular! We would definitely stay here again.

We had no hot water nor any effort to correct the problem for our entire 6 day stay. The property manager Adres did not respond to any texts or message requests left with the VACASA customer relations department although we were told he would be contacting us after each call.The only resolution offered upon our return was a 25% discount, an insult in our opinion, after 7 days of cold showers and washing our dishes by hand. For a broken hot water heater not be identified prior to our arrival is both unacceptable and quite frankly not believable. I would never book thru VACASA again, nor should you.

Even with view would not stay again.

The home and view are beautiful. That is where the good review ends. The pool had white floating grime in it (along with other debris) there was large amount of poop and pee on the pool deck. The upstairs shower bathroom fan did not work, the hot water in that shower was not working well. There was black long hairs in one of the downstairs bathrooms stuck to the side of the shower wall and toilet. There are no washcloths. And bring a sound machine because the birds sit and chirp all night. Also a random cat kept trying to get into the house. Oh and if you are allergic to down, bring your own pillows. It is located in a great spot though and the grocery at the beginning of the neighborhood is the best around. I reached out everyday that we were there asking for the pool to be cleaned and they kept telling me they would send someone. They never did and we never got to access the pool, which was one of the reasons we picked this unit. Overall we WAY overpaid for our experience. Would not recommend.

Beautiful view

This house is just as shown in the pictures. The view, pool and bedrooms were the best. Each room had its own en-suite. Well stocked kitchen. My only complaint would we got to the house at night and there were no lights and the key is located in a very dark area. Loved this place and we will return!

Great view and area

The property is exactly what it looks like on the pictures and one of the main reasons we booked this was for the view and it did not disappoint! The house had pretty much everything you needed and the pool was great. A couple notes is the amount of bugs in and around the house outside. I totally understand. We are in a tropical area, many daddy long legs inside the house. Which I honestly didn’t mind until I found them in the bed boards. Ants did make their way into the house which again is not huge deal but I’m sure to someone. It would be a big deal.. other than that the house was clean and well kept!! I wouldn’t mind staying here again and I do recommend it. It’s right next to a cute little Italian spot and convenient store which is so nice to have an option so you can cook at the house. Liquor store is also connected to the convenience store, which is obviously nice!

Una propiedad excelente, con una infraestructura excepcional, las vistas del ocĂ©ano son espectaculares. Las habitaciones del alojamiento son amplias y cĂłmodas, la cocina extensa y bien equipada. Muy apropiada y acogedora para unas vacaciones en familia. El Ășnico aspecto a mejorar es la necesidad de subir numerosas gradas, con una pronunciad inclinaciĂłn, mucha altura entre una y otra grada y sin barandales que permitan sujetarse. Esto es especialmente difĂ­cil para personas adultas mayores. Siendo esta la entrada principal a la casa, debe acondicionarse de tal manera que se facilite el acceso y se evite algĂșn accidente. Lo demĂĄs es fenomenal.

We have a wonderful time staying in this beautiful home. It was even better than it looked in the photos, with a great location and short driving distance to beautiful beaches, great restaurants, bars, etc. Highly recommend staying here and would go back in a minute! Great House & Great Location

This house was exactly as described and as seen on the pictures. The hosts were helpful and communicated with us perfectly! Check-in and check-out were a breeze. THE VIEW OF PLAYA FLAMINGO IS AMAZING!! The pool was perfect and the beach with restaurants was within walking distance. The property is in a gated community which felt safe and secure. Plenty of room and a great kitchen. We would definitely stay here again!
