Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Start to finish, from booking to checkout, our stay was flawless. Jonathan helped make all of our Costa Rica dreams come true! The unit & property were perfection. He also put us in touch with the concierge team at The Palms, who is also amazingly helpful. The management & concierge teams were always quickly responsive to any question we had, & Jonathan even stopped by to introduce himself & make sure everything was perfect. Stunning property staffed by the best people! Can’t recommend this stay highly enough!
