The house has a kitchen, a living room and a bathroom with a bathtub on the ground floor, as well as an additional dining room for family celebrations with a kitchenette and a fireplace.
On the upper floor there is a second bathroom with a shower and the four bedrooms, one with a double bed, another with a double bed and a single bed, a third bedroom with three single beds and a last bedroom divided into two. counting on the one hand with a double bed and on the other with two single beds.
Outside there is an interior patio, private pool and parking.
