Maurice was helpful at check in. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast set up was terrific. Layout (with multiple stations, each with own plates and silverware service) made it easy to get what was needed and avoiding a line at any one station. Not a planned stay, just getting late, but I would choose this hotel again.

The room was clean, breakfast was better than most. Unfortunately, the checking in and front desk was subpar. I booked through Expedia, but there was an issue between Expedia paying the hotel with a virtual card. The hotel called me to deal with it and my first 20 minute call with Expedia to get ahold of the hotel to get it straightened out was disconnected. The second call to Expedia they spoke to the hotel to have them call the vitural card customer service line. I didn't feel this was something I needed to be invovled in. Something for the hotel and Expedia. We arrive at the hotel later that night and and have additional issues. When the hotel tried to run my credit card for incidentals, it was declined. 2nd card, declined. Sister in laws card, declined. They were obviously having issues with their cc system. We instead needed to put $100 in cash down on the room. No one carries cash anymore. It was pure luck that we had enough so we could check in at 9pm at night. It was frustrating. Main Web site said pet friendly. Hotels.com says Dog friendly. I have a Cat and read it on the main web site where it states pet friendly which should include my cat. Clerk at desk said they DONT take cats only Dogs. This is not the same wording but should be. Pet friendly means my pet Cat. I pre paid online before arriving so I had to go to another hotel in Springfield Missouri.

I was supposed to be enjoying a Birthday weekend away from my husband who thought I was off with friends! What I did was hire five young men from Muskegon to come with me and all at one time have sex with me! I thought it would be better but this hotel was not very hospitable and very judgmental about what I was doing! They should have been minding their own business!!
