Enjoy the "Gracia" of Cadiz, in this cosy 40m2 flat, in the heart of the city, where you will spend some unforgettable days and you will be infected by the good humour and "gracia" of the inhabitants of this land.
It consists of a bright living room with a dining area and a kitchen open to the living room. The kitchen has everything you need to cook delicious dishes. The living room has a double sofa-bed which gives the flat capacity for up to four people.
The living room has two balconies overlooking Nueva street, one of the busiest streets where you can enjoy Easter, Carnival and other festivals celebrated in our beloved city.
From the living room we access the bedroom, with a double bed and a large wardrobe. There is a complete bathroom next to the living room with shower and bidet. It also has a hairdryer.
The Gracia Gaditana flat is the perfect flat if you are looking to enjoy the comfort of a flat and visit the city on foot. It is located very close to the main tourist attractions of the city such as the Cathedral of Cadiz, the Tavira Tower, the Plaza de las Flores, the Museum of Cadiz... restaurants, cafes and shopping area.
It is located right in the middle of the official route of the city's processions, so you will be able to enjoy Holy Week in Cádiz from a privileged vantage point.
Guests must show a valid identity document and sign a tourist rental contract at check-in (in accordance with Junta de Andalucía Decree 28/2016 on Housing for Tourist Purposes).

Beautiful located apartment but lacking the homely touch
We struggled to find the apartment as we were trying to find, what was, the address of the agency. Eventually we got there after I visited the office and was told where it was. Literally yards from where we were originally standing.
Then we had the opening of the door process. Now you have to download an app and this opens the building door and then the apartment door. But as we found out,it did not always work, for whatever reason. They thankfully provided keys and a code on the apartment door to get in. But if you are on your own and don't have the keys, you're snookered. So to me this is a totally complicated system and I don't like it. Is it to save on staff showing you around?
The apartment itself was lovely, very well located but lacked any thought of providing customers with assistance to help them stay there.
I'm talking salt, pepper, oil, water etc.
A bottle of cold water in the fridge after a long drive?. Great, but not there.
A cold beer? But not there.
Total cost of every thing I mentioned,maybe without the oil. 3 euros.
Now if Cadiz4Rentals cannot afford 3e for each apartment they have, the sheeez, they're in trouble. But if they cannot be bothered, ah that's another story.
So disappointing overall.
Should do better.
