The Space

With three levels of living space, everyone has plenty of room to spread out while still enjoying quality time together. Spend your days swimming in the private pool, soaking in the hot tub, playing games in the basement game room, gathering around the fire pit, or exploring beautiful Lake Barkley and Land Between the Lakes.

Whether you're planning a family vacation, reunion, fishing trip, or weekend escape, this home has something for everyone.

This lakefront home sits on a flat lot with a gravel path leading directly to your private boat dock, making it easy to enjoy the lake throughout your stay. (***Water at dock is seasonal, Dock has water for sure from Memorial day thru 4th of July. the lake is lowered starting after 4th of July***)

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals for your group, along with a large dining area where everyone can gather comfortably.

All beds are prepared with freshly laundered sheets and lightweight quilts or coverlets. Since all bedding is professionally washed between guests, we use lighter blankets. If you tend to get cold while sleeping, we recommend bringing an extra blanket for your comfort.

Guest Access

Guests will have private access to the entire home and all available amenities, including:

- Entire house
- Private pool
- Hot tub
- Game room
- Fire pit
- Private boat dock
- Lake access via the gravel trail

Check-in is quick and easy with our convenient self check-in, allowing you to begin your vacation as soon as you arrive.

Other Things to Note

Swimming Pool (Seasonal)
The swimming pool is seasonal and is typically open from April through October 15. It may open earlier if weather conditions allow.

No Pets Allowed
We love animals, but pets are not permitted at this property.

Lake Access
The home is located directly on the lake. Access to the private dock is via a gravel path. While the lot is mostly flat, portions of the trail may be slightly steep, so please use caution.

Seasonal Dock Access
The dock is seasonal. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers lowers the lake water level, typically beginning around July 4, and raises it again by Memorial Day. Depending on the time of year and current water levels, the dock may be out of the water.
