Nice new apartment in the historic center of Cadiz

Brand new building with lift in the center of the old town of Cadiz, Plaza Palillero, in the commercial area apartment. Comprises living room with fully equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom with double bed 1.50 x 2 meters, bathroom with bath, equipped with towels, hair dryer and magnifying mirror, and a laundry room. It is an inner 4th floor, but bright and very quiet. Communal roof on the 6th floor, where you can hang laundry, and has spectacular views of the city. Air conditioning / heating. Free Wifi.

Superbe appartement de trÚs jolie standing. Il est magnifique décoré, et trÚs trÚs bien équipé. Quant à christina, elle est tout simplement géniale !!! D'une grande gentillesse, de bons plans. Nous reviendrons chez elle avec grand plaisir et vous la recommande vivement.

Nos encantĂł la ubicaciĂłn, esta en pleno casco histĂłrico de CĂĄdiz, solo a 10 min andando de la estaciĂłn de tren . El apartamento estĂĄ sĂșper bien equipado y tiene una azotea impresionante para poder tender la ropa y tener una vista de cadiz desde las alturas preciosa. La propietaria sĂșper maja y atenta, nos ayudo un montĂłn dĂĄndonos recomendaciones de sitios donde comer y lo que ver. Sin duda si tenemos que volver a CĂĄdiz repetiremos!

Apartamento espacioso, comodo, totalmente equipado, en localizacion supercentrica en el corazp. De Cadiz y ademas en un pequeño paseo se llega a cualquier sitio de interes, y tranquilo. Muy recomendable.

Cadiz me ha parecido muy bonito y me ha gustado pero sino eres gaditano te timan en los precios.

Christina's apartment is clean, nicely decorated, newly remodeled in a great central Cadiz location. The apartment is equipped with everything we needed and is the perfect size for a couple! We walked everywhere from the apartment, cooked our breakfasts, washed laundry, & enjoyed some of the restaurants Christina recommended! She was a wonderful hosts who meet us upon arrival. She was very organized with lists of information about points of interest, restaurants and markets, along with coordinating maps of the area. I definitely recommend Christina's place!

Beautiful, clean apartment with super, central location!

Cristina’s apartment is second to none! It was spotlessly clean and every single detail has been covered. Even down to the beach chairs and umbrella! It is excellently well equipped! The bed is extremely comfortable, lovely, powerful shower, abundance of towels...the list goes on and on. And it has a fantastic central location. That teamed with Cristina’s detailed knowledge of the local sights and history which she shared with us, we couldn’t have asked for more from a holiday let. We would highly recommend Cristina’s apartment when staying in Cadiz. Five stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Lorraine and Niall

Hemos estado alojados durante una semana y nos ha encantado. El apartamento no puede ser mĂĄs completo, tiene todo lo que necesitas, no le falta detalle y estĂĄ completamente nuevo. AdemĂĄs Cristina, la propietaria, es muy amable y dispuesta a darte recomendaciones. Si volvemos, sin duda serĂĄ al mismo apartamento. Hemos estado como en casa.

Una delicia tanto el apartamento como la azotea desde la que se disfrutan de unas vistas inmejorables del casco antiguo de Cadiz. El apartamento es muy comodo, esta muy bien equipado y la atencion de Cristina ha sido perfecta. Por todo ello, es muy recomendable.

Una ciudad como Cådiz es para vivirse caminando. El apartamento estå en el centro del corazón de la ciudad y eso lo hace inigualablemente cómodo. Esta perfectamente adecuado. Lo tiene todo. Cuando vuelva a Cådiz, que seguramente lo haré, regresaré a esta propiedad de la señora Cristina, quien por otro lado, es una mujer responsable, amable y preocupada. Diez en todo.

Traumhafter Urlaub in Cadiz

Wir haben 10 Tage in Cristina's wunderschöner Wohnung gewohnt und waren wirklich begeistert. Die Ausstattung lĂ€sst wirklich keine WĂŒnsche offen, die Wohnung ist nicht groß, aber sehr gemĂŒtlich und Ă€ußerst geschmackvoll und funktionell eingerichtet. Es ist sehr ruhig, obwohl sie inmitten der Altstadt liegt. Zahlreiche GeschĂ€fte, die Kathedrale, die wunderschöne Calle Ancha, Strand - alles ist zu Fuß erreichbar. Zum Mercado Central mit dem tollen Fischangebot hat man nur paar Schritte. Cristina hat uns auch wertvolle Tipps ĂŒber Restaurants gegeben, die wir sehr gerne ausprobiert haben. Wir haben bereits viele Male Ferienwohnungen in Spanien gemietet und können deshalb gut vergleichen und fĂŒr diese Unterkunft ohne Bedenken maximale Punkteanzahl vergeben und empfehlen. FĂŒr uns war das ein absoluter GlĂŒcksgriff. Wir werden uns noch lange an den traumhaften Urlaub erinnern. Angela und Marek

Terrific apartment, location, and host!

The apartment is like new and sparkling clean with everything you need for a comfortable stay. It is located in the heart of old Cadiz within easy walking distance of the train, ferries, markets, points of interest, and dozens of dining delights. The central open market with its daily offerings of fresh seafood, meats, produce, baked goods, and, of course, some lovely Spanish beverages is less than a 5 minute walk and you must go there. Be certain to go to the roof (2 floors up) and enjoy a beautiful view of the city around you. Cristina is the perfect host, welcoming, helpful, available, and informative. You can pay more in Cadiz but, you won't find a better place to stay.
